The MS receives RS information for increasing system capacity from the serving BS, measures reference signal strength of an RS indicated in the RS information, and selects an associated RS as a target RS for relaying a signal when the measured reference signal strength satisfies a condition.

At least one embodiment of the present invention provides a much simpler and easier method of manufacturing nanocrystals (or nanocrystallines) for the flash memory device than the conventional method. Since the nanocrystals are homogeneously dispersed as a polymer layer without agglomeration, size and density of the nanoparticles may be controlled. Additionally, one embodiment of the present invention provides memory devices with nanoscale floating gates, and related methods of manufacture, of high efficiency and cost effectiveness by employing electrically and chemically more stable nanosacle floating gates compared to conventional ones.

In a method for measuring a predetermined target in the sensor network communication system interworking with the BWA communication system, a mobile station or a server sends a measurement request for the predetermined target to a local controller over the BWA communication system. The local controller sends the measurement request to a predetermined sensor and actuator over a wireless communication protocol. The sensor and actuator measures the predetermined target and sends the measurement value to the local controller. The local controller sends a measurement result message based on the measurement value to the mobile station or the server.
