    摘要: A flash memory device with a nanoscale floating gate and a method of manufacturing thereof are disclosed. At least one embodiment of the present invention provides a much simpler and easier method of manufacturing nanocrystals (or nanocrystallines) for the flash memory device than the conventional method. Since the nanocrystals are homogeneously dispersed as a polymer layer without agglomeration, size and density of the nanoparticles may be controlled. Additionally, one embodiment of the present invention provides memory devices with nanoscale floating gates, and related methods of manufacture, of high efficiency and cost effectiveness by employing electrically and chemically more stable nanosacle floating gates compared to conventional ones.

    摘要: A sensor network communication system interworking with a BWA communication system and a communication method therefor are provided. In a method for measuring a predetermined target in the sensor network communication system interworking with the BWA communication system, a mobile station or a server sends a measurement request for the predetermined target to a local controller over the BWA communication system. The local controller sends the measurement request to a predetermined sensor and actuator over a wireless communication protocol. The sensor and actuator measures the predetermined target and sends the measurement value to the local controller. The local controller sends a measurement result message based on the measurement value to the mobile station or the server.

    摘要: In a photoresist composition for a semiconductor manufacturing process and a method of forming a photoresist pattern using the photoresist composition, the photoresist composition includes an organic dispersing agent for dispersing acid (H+). The photoresist film may have enough spaces among photosensitive polymers so that acid may be dispersed sufficiently in an exposure process. Thus, a photoresist pattern may be easily formed in a defocus region. Defects in a semiconductor device may be reduced and a productivity of the semiconductor manufacturing process may be enhanced.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for transmitting a signal in a communication system. An information vector is encoded using a structured low density parity check (LDPC) coding scheme supporting a first coding rate, to generate a first structured LDPC codeword vector including a first part mapped to the information vector and a second part mapped to a parity vector. The first structured LDPC codeword vector is transmitted to a signal reception apparatus. If there is an error in the first structured LDPC codeword vector, the information vector is encoded using a structured LDPC coding scheme supporting a second coding rate, to generate a second structured LDPC codeword vector including the first part, the second part, and a third part mapped to an additional parity vector of the information vector. The third part is transmitted to the signal reception apparatus.
