    摘要: The present invention relates to a hollow microfiber comprising (1) one or more cell-adhesive layers having a cell-adhesive hydrogel, (2) an outer shell layer having a high-strength hydrogel that covers the outer periphery of the cell-adhesive layer that is positioned farthest from the center axis among the one or more cell-adhesive layers, and (3) a cell layer that covers the inner periphery of the cell-adhesive layer that is positioned closest to the center axis among the one or more cell-adhesive layers.     摘要: A filter module of an extracorporeal blood treatment machine with a filter casing in which a hollow fiber bundle is attached whose hollow fibers comprise a hollow fibre wall made of a semi-permeable membrane, and whereby in their longitudinal extension the hollow fibers comprise a number of changes in their diameter. An amplitude of 0.1 to 1 mm is achieved for the exterior diameter of the respective hollow fiber starting from the hollow fiber's axis, whereby the periodicity provided in the axial direction of the hollow fiber is within a range of 1 to 10 cm and on the inside of the filter casing at least one radial constriction is configured or provided by which the fiber bundle is locally constricted.

    摘要: In one embodiment is provided a polymer blend of poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc) and poly(acrylic acid) (PAA), wherein the poly(vinylacetate) is present in an amount ranging between about 20 wt % and about 80 wt %, and poly(acrylic acid) is present in an amount ranging between about 80 wt % and about 20 wt %, based on the total weight of the blend. In another embodiment is provided a fiber produced from this polymer blend, and which has cells therein. In another embodiment is provided a flavorant release material comprising the porous fiber disclosed herein, and one or more flavorants disposed in a longitudinally extending core within the fiber. In another embodiment is provided a polymer fiber membrane containing a hollow, porous fiber formed from the polymer blend disclosed herein. In another embodiment is provided a filter containing the fiber described herein. In another embodiment is provided a process for producing the fibers disclosed herein by addition of the polymers to an extruder or blender, and extruding or melt spinning the mixture into a fiber containing cells therein.
