Abstract: A martensitic stainless steel for a fuel injection member contains, in mass %, at least 0.35% and less than 0.50% of C, more than 0.20% and at most 0.40% of Si, 0.2-0.4% of Mn, 0.25% or less of Ni, 15.0-17.0% of Cr, more than 2.0% and at most 3.0% of Mo, 0.1-0.3% of W, 0.001-0.003% of B, and at least 0.15% and less than 0.20% of N, with the remainder comprising Fe and inevitable impurities, which include 0-0.025% of P, 0-0.005% of S, 0-0.2% of Cu, 0-0.05% of Al, 0-0.02% of Ti, 0-0.02% of Nb, 0-0.15% of V, 0-0.003% of O, and 0-0.001% of H.

Abstract: Provided is a grain oriented electrical steel sheet including a base metal steel sheet, an intermediate layer and an insulation coating, wherein: the intermediate layer is an oxide film; an average thickness of the oxide film is 2-500 nm; the insulation coating is a phosphate coating; an average thickness of the insulation coating is 0.1-10 μm. When grazing incidence X-ray diffraction is performed on the phosphate coating using a Co-Kα excitation source, the X-ray diffraction pattern has a diffraction peak originating from cristobalite-type aluminum phosphate at a diffraction angle of 2θ=24.8°; a half value width FWHM0.5 of the diffraction peak under a diffraction condition with an X-ray incident angle ω=0.5° and a half value width FWHM1.0 of the diffraction peak under a diffraction condition with an X-ray incident angle ω=1.0° satisfy 0.20°≤FWHM0.5≤2.00°, 0.20°≤FWHM1.0≤2.00°, and 0°≤|F.WHM0.5−FWHM1.0|≤1.00°.

Abstract: A steel pipe has a composition consisting, by mass percent, of, C: 0.12 to 0.27%, Si: 0.05 to 0.40%, Mn: 0.3 to 2.0%, Al: 0.005 to 0.060%, N: 0.0020 to 0.0080%, Ti: 0.005 to 0.015%, Nb: 0.015 to 0.045%, Cr 0 to 1.0%, Mo: 0 to 1.0%, Cu: 0 to 0.5%, Ni: 0 to 0.5%, V: 0 to 0.15%, and B: 0 to 0.005%, the balance being Fe and impurities. As impurities, contents are Ca: 0.001% or less, P: 0.02% or less, S: 0.01% or less, and O: 0.0040% or less. The micro-structure is tempered martensitic or tempered martensite and tempered bainite, in which a prior-austenite grain size number is 10.0 or more. Tensile strength is TS 800 MPa or higher. Abstract: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet which does not have an inorganic coating containing forsterite as a main component and which includes: a base steel sheet containing a prescribed chemical component; a silicon-containing oxide layer provided on the base steel sheet; an iron-based oxide layer provided on the silicon-containing oxide layer; and a tension-insulation coating provided on the iron-based oxide layer, having a thickness of 1 to 3 μm, and containing phosphate and colloidal silica as main components. When the tension-insulation coating undergoes elemental analysis using a glow discharge optical emission spectrometry in a sheet thickness direction from a surface of the tension-insulation coating, a peak Si emission intensity satisfies a prescribed requirement.
