    摘要: A fuel injector for fuel ignition systems of internal combustion engines includes a magnetic circuit having a core, a magnetic coil and an armature, and a movable valve needle, which has a valve-closure member that cooperates with a fixed valve seat, the valve seat being shaped on a valve-seat member and being provided with a valve-seat support in which the valve-seat member is inserted. At least one metallic component of the fuel injector, in this context, has a serrated structure on its outer circumference for producing a solid connection to a corresponding component made of plastic. The plastic components may be the connection piece, the valve-seat support, the coil shell and the connecting pipe of the valve needle. The fuel injector is particularly suitable for use in fuel-injection systems of mixture-compressing internal combustion engines having externally supplied ignition.

The fuel injector includes an electromagnetic actuating element having a magnetic coil, a core and a valve jacket as the outer magnetic circuit component and a movable valve-closure member which interacts with a valve-seat surface assigned to a valve-seat member. The core and a connecting tube in an inner opening of a thin-walled valve sleeve and the valve jacket on the outer circumference of the valve sleeve are firmly connected to the valve sleeve by pressing them therein/thereon. The fixed press connection between two of these metallic components of the fuel injector is characterized in that at least one of the component partners has a structure including grooves in its press area and/or the particular press area has an inlet rounding in at least one transition to an adjacent component section.

The fuel injector includes an electromagnetic actuating element having a solenoid coil, a core and a valve cover as external solenoid circuit component, and a movable valve-closure element, which cooperates with a valve-seat surface assigned to a valve-seat body. The core and a connection pipe are fixedly connected in an inner opening of a thin-walled valve sleeve by being pressed into place, and the valve cover at the outer circumference of the valve sleeve is firmly connected to the valve sleeve by being pressed onto it. The firm press-fitted connection of in each case two of these metallic components of the fuel injector is characterized by the fact that at least one of the partner components has in its press-fitting region a structure with score marks, and/or the particular press-fitting region has an intake rounding in at least one transition to an adjoining component section. This enables the stroke of the valve body to be adjusted easily while reducing the cost, and the valve seat member and the cylindrical magnetic body to be joined while enhancing the coaxial precision.

    摘要: In an electromagnetic fuel injection valve in which a non-magnetic cylinder is coaxially coupled at its front end to a rear end of a magnetic cylinder forming a portion of a valve housing to surround a portion of a movable core having a rear end face serving as a movable attraction face, and a stationary core having a front end face serving as a stationary attraction face is fitted and fixed at its front portion in a rear portion of the non-magnetic cylinder, so that the stationary attraction face is opposed to the movable attraction face, the stationary core (22) is fitted and fixed at its front portion in the non-magnetic cylinder (26), so that it is in close contact with an inner surface of an intermediate portion of the non-magnetic cylinder (26) in a region corresponding to the stationary attraction face (42), and an annular recess (44) having a flat portion (44a) flush connected to the stationary attraction face (42) is provided in an inner surface of the non-magnetic cylinder (26) to form an annular chamber (45) between the annular recess (44) and an outer periphery of a rear portion of the movable core (18). This makes it possible that the area of opposed faces of the stationary core and the movable core is set at a large value to the utmost, thereby preventing the accumulation and deposition of chips and a magnetic powder.
