摘要: The present invention is a diagnosis method for internal fault of an oil-immersed electric apparatus using a silicone oil as an insulating oil. The method diagnoses an internal fault of the oil-immersed electric apparatus based on a first concentration ratio that is a concentration ratio between two gases selected from an analysis gas group consisting of hydrogen gas, methane gas, ethane gas, and ethylene gas contained in the, silicone oil, and a second concentration ratio that is a concentration ratio between the other two gases selected from the analysis gas group. A combination of the two gases and a combination of the other two gases are a combination of ethylene gas and hydrogen gas, a combination of ethane gas and hydrogen gas, a combination of ethylene gas and methane gas, or a combination of methane gas and ethane gas.

摘要: The service life of electrical equipment is predicted using a thermal history sensor mounted in the electrical equipment. At least one thermal history sensor is mounted inside or on an outer wall surface of electrical equipment. The thermal history sensor includes dissimilar metal joints, and the resistance values of the dissimilar metal joints change in response to the amount of intermetallic compound growing in the dissimilar metal joints due to the temperature inside the electrical equipment or of the outer wall thereof during operation. A determining mechanism periodically or irregularly monitors and stores in memory the resistance values of the dissimilar metal joints from the thermal history sensor, and uses the stored history of resistance values to predict the service life of the electrical equipment.

摘要: A semiconductor device for power supply control includes an on/off control signal generation circuit which generates a control signal for turning on or off a switching element; a current detection terminal to which voltage in proportion to a current flowing in a primary-side winding wire of a transformer is input; a pull-up unit with high impedance provided between the current detection terminal and a terminal to which an internal power supply voltage is applied; and a terminal monitoring circuit which determines that the current detection terminal is abnormal when comparing the voltage of the current detection terminal with a predetermined voltage and detecting that the voltage of the current detection terminal is higher than the predetermined voltage. When the terminal monitoring circuit detects abnormality of the current detection terminal, a signal generation of the on/off control signal generation circuit is stopped by a signal output from the terminal monitoring circuit.
