摘要: In order to be able to perform a shutdown test on an inverter with little expenditure, a trigger signal is modulated to the AC current or the AC voltage at a first moment, and the inverter is used at a second moment, which occurs a defined duration after the start of the trigger signal at the first moment, to generate an AC current or an AC voltage with a fault signal that is detected by the inverter and which triggers a shutdown of the inverter, and the shutdown moment of the AC current or the AC voltage is determined. A shutdown duration of the inverter is determined from the difference between the shutdown moment and the second moment.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method and related device for approximately determining voltages at a high-voltage side of a transformer on the basis of measured voltages at a low-voltage side of the transformer. The method includes measuring delta voltages and phase voltages and phase angles at the low-voltage side of the transformer, transforming the phase voltages and phase angles into positive and negative phase sequence system voltages and phase angles of the positive and negative phase sequence systems, respectively, at the low-voltage side, determining positive and negative phase sequence system voltages and phase angles of the positive and negative phase sequence systems, respectively, at the high-voltage side from the positive and negative phase sequence system voltages and phase angles of the positive and negative phase sequence systems, respectively, at the low-voltage side, determining estimated values of a zero phase sequence system voltage and of a phase angle of a zero phase sequence system at the high-voltage side from the measured delta voltages and phase voltages and phase angles at the low-voltage side, and transforming the positive, negative and zero phase sequence system voltages and the phase angles into phase voltages and/or delta voltages at the high-voltage side of the transformer.

摘要: Self-diagnostic method (100) of open-circuit fault, in power switching blocks of a modular inverter comprising a plurality (k=1 . . . n) of blocks (31a, 32a, 33a, 34a, 31b, 32b, 33b, 34b, 31c, 32c, 33c, 34c) in parallel per phase leg (5, 5a, 5b, 5c), and being provided with temperature sensors (6), said method comprising: —sampling and storing (130) temperatures data (I) of said n blocks in a phase leg measured by said temperature sensors at relevant sampling times tSD with a relevant sampling interval ΔtSD; —comparing (150) said temperature data (I) of each (k) block with previously sampled and stored temperature data (II) of said each (k) block and considering a possible fault (FF) on one of said blocks if the following condition is not fulfilled: (III) where Th is a predefined temperature deviation threshold; or —comparing (250) current temperature data (I) of each (k) block with current average temperature data (VI) and considering a fault (OF) on one of said blocks if the following condition is not fulfilled: (V) where ThAV is a predefined average temperature deviation threshold. The invention concerns also a test comprising a shoot-through procedure to identify open circuits in a block.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for maintenance of a frequency converter for driving an electric motor of a transportation device, said frequency converter being supplied with AC mains power via a contactor, and including a rectifier circuit for providing a DC supply voltage, a capacitive intermediate circuit for leveling DC supply voltage, and an inverter circuit for providing power to the electric motor. In the method, after the transportation device has been vacant for a predetermined time period, said contactor is opened to disable power flow from mains supply to the frequency converter, and a test load is connected to the intermediate circuit, parallel to a capacity of the intermediate circuit. The DC supply voltage Udc(t) is detected, and the detected DC supply voltage Udx(t) is utilized for establishing a maintenance information indicating that a maintenance should be done on the frequency converter. Another aspect of the invention is a software program realizing the method when executed on a computer.
