A weakly adhesive layer 12 having a relatively weak adhesive force is formed on one face of a resin film 11 and a strongly adhesive layer 13 having a stronger adhesive force than that of the weakly adhesive layer 12 is formed on the other face and the assembly is formed into a roll of a double-faced adhesive tape 5. The weakly adhesive layer 12 is formed after the surface of the resin film 11 has been subjected to a rubbing treatment to increase the adhesive force between them, so that the weakly adhesive layer 12 and the strongly adhesive layer 13 are separated without using a release liner when the tape is rolled up.

    摘要: Methods, an apparatus and a system in which reclosable bags and components thereof are formed are disclosed. The reclosable bags 2001 are made from base web material that has transversely applied fastener tape segments thereon. The web material is used in a vertical form, fill and seal bag forming method. The method includes the steps of supplying a continuous strip of tape, having male and female fasteners profiler across the web for sealing thereon. In one embodiment a continuous strip of barrier material, and a continuous strip of fastener having first and second interlocked fastener profile strips are positioned on the continuous strip of tape; and secured thereon, the barrier tape is folded to obtain a fold and two opposing barrier tape fastener strip connecting portions; and, the fold is slit to form two separate continuous strips of barrier material strips and two continuous strips of tape. In another embodiment a coating is applied to the tape itself to prevent sealing of the folded slit tape to itself. The resulting tape and fastener are cut 220 and portioned properly on the web by the unique vacuum belt system of the present invention and by the interconnected tape drive, web drive and the connection to the form fill seal machine.

    摘要: A coating is applied to reinforcing fibers arranged into a tow by coaxially aligning the tow with an adjacent separation layer and winding or wrapping the tow and separation layer onto a support structure in an interleaved manner so that the separation layer separates a wrap of the tow from an adjacent wrap of the tow. A coating can then be uniformly applied to the reinforcing fibers without defects caused by fiber tow to fiber tow contact. The separation layer can be a carbon fiber veil.

    摘要: A jointing tape bonded to a joint between wall slabs has an elongated thin tape portion having at both sides of a back surface thereof alignment faces which are adapted to be bonded to wall surfaces of the wall slabs, respectively. The tape portion is not elasticized in longitudinal and lateral directions thereof. A number of holes is formed in the tape portion. Each of the holes is large enough that putty can pass therethrough. The jointing tape has an elongated thin shielding member having a front surface which is stuck onto a center of the back surface of the tape portion by a first adhesive, and a rear surface which is adapted to be abutted against and cover a space formed in the joint. The shielding member has no hole through which the putty can pass and transparency capable of visibly confirming an opposite side thereof. The jointing tape has a second adhesive applied onto the rear surface of the shielding member and/or onto the alignment faces. An outer surface of the tape portion has no adhesive property.

    摘要: A fuser member useful for heat-fixing an electrographic toner to a substrate. The fuser member has a core and a layer overlying the core. The filler has a total concentration in the layer of 12 to 75 percent of the total volume of the layer. The zinc oxide and cupric oxide have a total concentration of 10 to 70 percent of the total volume of the layer.
