摘要: Provided are a perovskite optoelectronic device containing an exciton buffer layer, and a method for manufacturing the same. The optoelectronic device of the present inventive concept comprises: an exciton buffer layer in which a first electrode, a conductive layer disposed on the first electrode and comprising a conductive material, and a surface buffer layer containing fluorine-based material having lower surface energy than the conductive material are sequentially deposited; a photoactive layer disposed on the exciton buffer layer and containing a perovskite photoactive layer; and a second electrode disposed on the photoactive layer. Accordingly, a perovskite is formed with a combined FCC and BSS crystal structure in a nanoparticle photoactive layer. The present inventive concept can also form a lamellar or layered structure in which an organic plane and an inorganic plane are alternatively deposited; and an exciton can be bound by the inorganic plane, thereby being capable of expressing high color purity.

摘要: The present invention relates to a solar cell, including a perovskite solar cell including a light absorption layer including a perovskite compound and a conductive charge transporting layer included in at least one surface of one surface and the other surface of the light absorption layer, wherein the one surface of the light absorption layer is disposed closer to an incident surface for sunlight than the other surface of the light absorption layer, an optical band gap of an inner portion of the light absorption layer is constant or decreases toward the other surface from the one surface, and an optical band gap of the one surface of the light absorption layer is greater than an optical band gap of the other surface of the light absorption layer, and a method of manufacturing the solar cell.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a solar battery including a first cell, and a second cell, and a first charge transport layer, a transparent conductive layer, a second charge transport layer and a polysilicon layer are disposed between the first photoelectric conversion layer of the first cell and the second photoelectric conversion layer of the second cell, and the second charge transport layer is disposed between the polysilicon layer and the transparent conductive layer, and the charge transport property of the second charge transport layer is the same as that of the polysilicon layer. In the solar battery of the present disclosure, a first charge transport layer, a transparent conductive layer, a second charge transport layer and a polysilicon layer are sequentially arranged between the first photoelectric conversion layer and the second photoelectric conversion layer. Especially the second charge transport layer may protect the polysilicon layer, may effectively transport the same type of charges, and avoid recombination phenomena at the interface or inside the film, thereby effectively improving the efficiency of the battery. The solar battery of this disclosure also has the characteristics of simple structure, simple and convenient manufacturing process, and low cost.

摘要: Disclosed are a composition for forming a hole transport layer of a light-transmitting solar cell, a method for manufacturing the light-transmitting solar cell, and a light-transmitting solar cell manufactured thereby. The light-transmitting solar cell manufactured with the composition for forming the hole transport layer may have excellent durability and therefore, not only deposit a transparent electrode, which is an upper electrode, without damage even without buffer layer, thereby reducing the process cost but also deposit the transparent electrode without damage by using a general sputter equipment even without using an expensive special sputter equipment.

摘要: A solar cell module includes a first substrate and a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements disposed on the first substrate. Each of the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements includes a first electrode, an electron transport layer, a perovskite layer, a hole transport layer, and a second electrode. In at least two of the photoelectric conversion elements adjacent to each other, the hole transport layers are extended continuous layers; and the first electrodes, the electron transport layers, and the perovskite layers in the at least two of the photoelectric conversion elements adjacent to each other are separated by the hole transport layer. The hole transport layer includes, as hole transport material, a polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 or more or a compound having a molecular weight of 2,000 or more.

摘要: A lead trapping layer includes an acidic cation-exchange resin comprising a formula selected from the group consisting of Formulae (I) to (V) below, in which each M+is independently selected from the group consisting of Sr2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Co2+, Zn2+, Mg2+, Ba2+, K+, NH4+, Na+, H+, and Li+; and each R is independently selected from the group consisting of SO3H, CH2SO3H, PO3H2, and COOH; and an encapsulation resin selected from the group consisting of epoxy resin, silicone resin, arcrylate resin, and a combination thereof. A solar cell device includes at least one lead trapping layer and a method may prepare the lead trapping layer.
