In the method for controlling vibration of a variable frequency drive controlled electric machine, the resonance frequency/frequencies and the stiffness are determined in a ramp up/ramp down test; amount of damping is determined in an impulse test; a mechanical transfer function is determined in a steady drive test; a vibration control model is determined utilizing said resonance frequency/frequencies, said stiffness, the amount of damping and the mechanical transfer function; and vibration is controlled utilizing the vibration control model.

The control calculation unit includes a voltage control calculation unit that calculates a voltage command value indicating a voltage to be applied to a motor from the inverter on the basis of a current deviation between the current command value and the actual current detection value, and a compensation calculation unit that compensates at least one of a k-th component and a 1/k-th component in the motor with respect to a signal value on at least one of an upstream side and a downstream side in a signal flow that passes through the voltage control calculation unit. The compensation calculation unit calculates a compensation value on the basis of an actual angular velocity value indicating an angular velocity at which the motor rotates and the target current command value, while also taking into account advance angle control.

摘要: A vehicle system vibration suppression control device is provided for a vehicle system in which a vehicle is driven via an elastic shaft by a motor drive device having a torque control function. The vehicle system vibration suppression control device includes: a section containing an approximate model to which an output torque command is inputted; and a feedback control section. The feedback control section is configured to: employ the approximate model; calculate a motor-accelerating torque component by differentiating a measured speed component of a motor rotational speed; produce a compensation torque component by causing the motor-accelerating torque component to pass through a vibration suppression control filter; and calculate the output torque command by subtracting the compensation torque component from an input torque command. The vibration suppression control filter is expressed by a second order mathematical expression.

The control device includes a voltage command calculation unit, a torque ripple compensation command calculation unit, and a beat component compensation command calculation unit. The voltage command calculation unit calculates a voltage command including a first compensation command to reduce a first torque ripple pulsating at twice a frequency of a power-supply voltage. The torque ripple compensation command calculation unit calculates a second compensation command to reduce a second torque ripple pulsating at a rotational frequency of a motor. The beat component compensation command calculation unit calculates a third compensation command to reduce a third torque ripple caused by the first torque ripple and by the second torque ripple.
