摘要： A pilot-type solenoid valve capable of driving a valve member by increasing a pilot fluid pressure from a pilot valve and reliably switching valve member. The pilot-type solenoid valve includes a main valve portion having a valve member capable of sliding in a valve hole to which ports P, A, B, EA and EB in a valve body are opened, a pilot driving mechanism for applying a pilot fluid pressure to a pushing member which pushes one end of the valve member, and a returning mechanism for applying a returning force to the valve member. The pushing member includes a first piston for applying the pilot fluid pressure, and a second piston which is pushed by the first piston and which pushes the valve member. A shaft of the first piston passes through a partition wall in a sealing manner and abuts against the second piston. The shaft is provided therein with a guide hole for guiding the pilot fluid pressure to a pressure chamber of the second piston.

摘要： A cover for preventing misoperation is easily and certainly attached/detached to/from an operating piece for manual operation provided for a fluid pressure control device. It is attached so as not to be lost even when the cover is detached for manual operation. For this purpose, retaining grooves 7a and 7b are formed on the outer face of a plunger-type operating piece 3 provided on the top face of the body 4 so as to be projected. A cylindrical cover 5 is provided with a hook 10 which is resiliently retained by the retaining groove 7a or 7b and a string-shaped connecting member 12 which is connected to the operating piece 3, thereby preventing the cover 5 from being lost. The height of the cover 5 is set to be equal to or higher than that of the operating piece 3 in a non-operating position.

By bending the bending part 12, the lid part 11 can be closed between a closed position covering the handle 5a and opened an open position to release the handle 5a.

摘要： A composite plating apparatus includes a cylindrical electrode which is positioned in a hollow section of a workpiece with a surrounding gap left therebetween. A plurality of through-holes are formed across the thickness of an outer wall of the cylindrical electrode. Composite plating liquid is jetted out through the through-holes and impinge on the inner surface of the hollow section to thereby produce turbulence. The turbulent liquid provides a uniform distribution of ceramic particles in the liquid. As a result, the ceramic particles can be co-deposited uniformly in a metallic matrix, and hence a uniform abrasion-resistant characteristic is obtained all over a resultant composite plating film.

摘要： A valve installation surface of a manifold base includes an installation surface on which a main valve and two pilot valves and are installed, separate from each other. The manifold base includes a supply channel, ejection channels and an output port that opens to a front end surface, all opening to the main valve installation surface. One end of pilot supply passages and communicates with pilot supply and ejection channels and, respectively. The other ends of pilot ejection passages and are open to the pilot valve installation surface. One end of pilot output passages and opens to the pilot valve installation surface, while the other ends are open to the main valve installation surface. A manifold base may also include a waterproof cover that covers the pilot valves and the energization system, extending from the feeding line to the pilot valve. The main valve may be a single or double solenoid.
