    摘要: The present invention is a system for hiding and later revealing a hidden layer. The system includes a substrate and applicator. As the user moves the applicator around the substrate, a coating is rendered transparent to reveal a hidden layer under the pattern of the user's movement of the applicator. The system comprises a substrate at least partially coated with a generally opaque coating that reacts with an eradicator fluid. A preferred coating as applied to the substrate comprises 20-80 wt % water, 0-3 wt % defoamer, 0-3 wt % surfactant, 0-5 wt % wetting agent, 1-25 wt % colorant, 1-60 wt % resin, and 0-4 wt % preservatives. A preferred reducing fluid in such case comprises 30-95 wt % water, 1-5 wt % pH adjuster, 5-15 wt % reducing agent, 0-5 wt % surfactant, and 2-10 wt % buffer.

    摘要: An ultra-low volume fraction collection and concentration method provides practical application in collecting fractions, e.g. as low as 25 nL, from nanoLC columns into pipette tips at user-defined timed-intervals. The fractions are dried to create a concentrated band at the very end of the interior of the pipette tip and subsequently reconstituted directly in the pipette tips in solvent prior to analysis. As the chromatography and reconstitution solvent choice are independent, the reconstitution solvent can be selected to maximize ionization efficiency without compromising chromatography separation. In the infusion analysis of the nanoLC fractions, a low flow electrospray chip enables each nanoLC fraction to be analyzed for over ten minutes. This increase in analysis time allows for advantages over prior methods. Optionally, the nanoLC fractions can be archived in the pipette tips for analysis at a later date.

    摘要: Technologies are described herein for correcting the layout of shapes in a diagram, and specifically for diagrams having constraint-based layouts, such as with lists of regions and shapes directly connected without connecting lines. A request is received to correct the diagram layout. Shape layouts are predicted for each region, followed by minimal region corrections corresponding to the corrected shape layouts. Corrected layouts are provided sequentially through the lists of regions while resolving conflicts. Virtual nodes may be utilized to preserve region layouts when flipping or rotating diagrams. A connection classification and prioritization system is used to layout shapes and regions within a diagram having one or more direct connections between shapes and/or regions.
