摘要: A semiconductor module includes a base plate, at least one semiconductor chip mounted on the base plate, a case fixed to the base plate and surrounding the at least one semiconductor chip, an electrically insulating gel layer covering the at least one semiconductor chip, a thermosetting resin layer formed on top of the gel layer, and a lid formed on top of the thermosetting resin layer. The lid comprises a lid-extension, which defines a lid-opening. The lid-opening extends through the thermosetting resin layer to the gel layer and allows gel of the gel layer to expand into the lid-opening.

摘要: The present invention relates to the fields of adaptive multi-carrier data transmission schemes. The present invention especially relates to a method of adapting transmission parameters of a group of subcarriers, a software program product and a communication device. The method of adapting transmission parameters of a group of subcarriers comprises steps of: determining a channel quality value for each subcarrier; establishing an order of assignment groups, each assignment group comprising one or more subcarriers, based on the channel quality values; assigning, in the order of the assignment groups, a transmission parameter to every assignment group, whereby assigning a transmission parameter to an assignment group comprises assigning the transmission parameter to all subcarriers of the assignment group; and calculating a link performance value based on previously assigned one or more transmission parameters; whereby the step of assigning a transmission parameter to every assignment group is based on the calculated link performance value.

摘要: A secondary engine speed control mechanism for small internal combustion engines, including an operator control which is manually operable to override an engine running speed which is set by the engine's primary speed control mechanism and governed by the governor. The secondary speed control mechanism may be selectively actuated by the operator in anticipation of an increased engine load to provide a temporary increase or “boost” to engine speed above the set, governed engine running speed. The secondary speed control mechanism may include an operator actuated, trigger-type mechanism located on the handle of an implement with which the engine is used.

摘要: The present invention provides novel methods and reagents for detecting the binding of protein targets to nucleic acid ligands. Using Universal Protein Stains (UPS), proteins bound by nucleic acid ligands may be labeled with a detectable moiety. The methods and reagents are particularly useful for the detection of protein targets bound to multiplexed arrays of nucleic acid ligands. The present invention also provides novel methods for the multiplexed evaluation of photocrosslinking nucleic acid ligands. The methods allow one simultaneously to: (1) evaluate the performance (dynamic range) of a plurality of photocrosslinking nucleic acid ligands; and (2) assess the specificity of each photocrosslinking nucleic acid ligand for its cognate target protein. Photocrosslinking nucleic acid ligands with the most desirable properties can then be selected for use in diagnostic and prognostic medical assays. The present invention also provides a photocrosslinking nucleic acid ligand that binds specifically to HIV gp120MN.
