摘要: A method and apparatus for molding optical elements in which a resin layer is accurately formed on a surface of a desired shape without the occurrence of peeling between a glass member and a resin layer and between a mold member and the resin layer when the resin layer is molded. This is accomplished by a first step of placing the glass member upon a supporting member, a second step of holding the glass member in a state in which the surface thereof is spaced away from the molding surface of the mold member by a predetermined distance, and a third step of moving the mold member and the supporting member relative to each other, after the resin material, which has been charged into a space defined by the molding surface and the surface of the glass member, has cured to a predetermined ratio of polymerization, in such a manner that glass member is supported on the resin layer independently.

摘要: When making a generally cylindrical article such as the barrel member of a lens barrel into a cylindrical molded article by the use of a resin material, a sandwich-molded article is formed by using a core layer resin material for the central layer of the molded article and surrounding the central layer by a skin layer resin material, the cylindrical molded article is a helicoid cylinder constituting the barrel, or a cylinder member provided with a toothed portion for receiving a drive force, or other barrel-constituting member, and the thickness of the skin layer resin material of the toothed portion of the helicoid cylinder or the barrel-constituting member is controlled.

摘要: A vehicle load control device comprises a battery that supplies power to an electrical load of the vehicle; a battery sensor that detects a consumption state of the battery; and a control unit that cuts off power supply to the electrical load when the consumption state of the battery reaches a predetermined state. The control unit detects a consumption state of the battery at a relatively short first time interval, in a case where a consumption amount of the battery after the engine stops is greater than or equal to a predetermined value, and detects a consumption state of the battery at a relatively long second time interval, in a case where the consumption amount of the battery after the engine stops is less than a predetermined value, and cuts off power supply to the electrical load depending on the consumption state of the battery detected by the battery sensor.

摘要: A gas hydrate slurry dewatering apparatus adapted to feed a raw as into a cylindrical main body of dewatering column so gas to attain pressuriation and so suction any gas from the interior of a drainage chamber disposed around the cylindrical main body so as to attain depressurization. An internal tube (8) as a constituent of a dewatering apparatus (6) in which the gas hydrate slurry (S) is introduced is provided with a separating section (7). A drainage chamber (10) is formed by the internal tube (8) and, disposed with a given spacing therefrom, an external tube (9). An exhaust blower (B2) and a drainage pump (P2) are connected to the drainage chamber (10). A gas feed blower (B3) for a raw gas (G1) is connected to the internal tube (8). A differential pressure detector (x1) is provided for detecting any pressure difference between the interior of the internal tube (8) and the interior of the drainage chamber (10). Control of the exhaust blower (B2) and/or the gas feed blower (B3) is performed by the signal from the differential pressure detector (x1).
