Abstract: A network terminal device communication method is provided. After a wireless terminal device establishes an RRC connection to a base station, a control plane connection to an MME, and a user plane bearer with a P-GW, the base station determines that a network terminal device uses a user plane bearer between the base station and the P-GW, which is established by the wireless terminal device to transmit user plane data of the network terminal device. The base station releases an air interface connection between the wireless terminal device and the base station, or the wireless terminal device enters a power saving state.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for selecting a control channel, and are applied to a communication system, to enable UE to select a control channel suitable for itself in a multi-control channel communications system. The method includes: listening, by UE, to a first control channel, and measuring a value of a performance parameter of a signal received by using the first control channel, and the first control channel is one of the at least two control channels; and when determining, according to the value of the performance parameter, that the first control channel meets a residence condition, determining the first control channel as a target control channel, where the target control channel is used to receive downlink control information sent by a base station.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus tear scheduling a transmission resource in a vehicular network, so as to resolve problems in the prior art that signaling overheads of a base station are increased and load of the base station is increased because a manner of scheduling by the base station is used to obtain a transmission resource. The method is: receiving, by a terminal, micro network system information that is sent by a node and that carries a micro network identifier and a node identifier, so as to access a micro network; when a communication task is generated, determining a target resource scheduling manner according to the communication task; obtaining a target transmission resource in the accessed micro network according to the determined target resource scheduling manner; and eventually sending, based on the target transmission resource, data that corresponds to the communication task.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a V2V-based resource allocation method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving a resource request message sent by first user equipment; identifying, according to the resource request message, a level type corresponding to the first user equipment; if the level type is a high priority type, and a quantity of blocks of idle V2V resources in a first resource pool is less than a first preset threshold, or a quantity of required resource blocks that is calculated and a modulation and coding scheme is greater than a quantity of blocks of idle V2V resources in a first resource pool, allocating a V2V resource to the first user equipment. By means of the V2V-based resource allocation method and apparatus, quality of service of user equipment of a high priority type can be ensured.

Abstract: The present invention provides a processing method for a radio link failure, a small cell and a mobile communication system. The method includes: determining, by a small cell, whether or not a signaling radio bearer transmission connection between a user equipment and a macro base station is interrupted; receiving, if the signaling radio bearer transmission connection is interrupted, signaling radio bearer configuration parameters sent by the macro base station, wherein the signaling radio bearer configuration parameters comprise an SRB identification, a radio link control layer configuration and a logic channel configuration; establishing a signaling radio bearer for the user equipment according to the signaling radio bearer configuration parameters; and notifying the user equipment to hand over the signaling radio bearer transmission connection to the signaling radio bearer established by the small cell. In the present invention, service interruption time of the UE is reduced and continuity of service is guaranteed.

The method includes the following steps: obtaining, by user equipment, first system information of a current serving micro network node, determining, by the user equipment, a first shared carrier of a serving micro network node group according to the first system information, and transmitting, by the user equipment, service data according to the first system information by using the first shared carrier; when it is determined that a preset cell handover condition is met, handing over, by the user equipment, to a target cell, obtaining second system information of a target micro network node corresponding to the target cell, and transmitting the service data in the target cell according to the second system information by using a second shared carrier of a micro network node group to which the target micro network node belongs.
