    摘要: A vacuum arc vapor deposition apparatus can form a film of good quality without uselessly increasing a time from start of film deposition to completion thereof even when a trigger electrode induces vacuum arc discharge in response to turn-off of the vacuum arc discharge during deposition of the film onto the deposition target object. For example, the vacuum arc vapor deposition apparatus includes a shield member moved to and away from a position between a vapor source and a holder for supporting the deposition target object, a drive device for locating the shield plate selectively in a shield position between the vapor source and the holder, and a retracted position shifted from the shield position, a detector (e.g., current detector) detecting turn-on/off of the vacuum arc discharge, and a control portion controlling the drive device to locate the shield plate in the shield position when the detector detects turn-off of the vacuum arc discharge, and to locate the shield plate in the retracted position when a time required for stabilizing the vacuum arc discharge elapses after the detector detected turn-on of the vacuum arc discharge.

    摘要: An image filter circuit generates unsharp image signals to subject image signals to a dodging treatment which adjusts areas of exposure over an entire image within an image processing apparatus for image processing the image signals. The circuit includes an IIR type filter for carrying out a filtering treatment to generate the unsharp image signals. It further includes a FIFO type field memory for delaying image signals which are not subjected to the filtering treatment at the hR filter for a time corresponding to the delay time of image signals which have been subjected to the filtering treatment at the IIR type filter. The image filter circuit, which obtains the unsharp image signals corresponding to an unsharp mask for obtaining a dodging effect, can be made small in size with a simplified circuit arrangement.

    摘要: A print system is provided with an order receiving device, a frame reproducing device and a printing device. The order receiving device acquires a time stamp of a frame to be printed during producing a photo movie. The frame reproducing device reproduces the frame to be printed by re-editing a still image in higher quality then when producing the frame based on a scenario after specifying the scenario corresponding to the time stamp. The printing device prints the reproduced frame of high quality. In the order receiving device, a photo movie is produced and displayed on a monitor for access of a client to designate the frame to be printed by using an operation section.

The image editing program, on the basis of such inputted editing conditions, evaluates and narrows down the material to produce the photo movie. By inputting the editing conditions, time assigned for a selected image within the photo movie becomes long and the selected image is repeatedly displayed, therefore the photo movie obtains a plot and a quality of the photo movie can be improved.
