A photosensitive-member displacement mechanism supports the photosensitive-member supporting member and displaces the photosensitive-member supporting member between: a second adjacent position where the photosensitive-member supporting member is adjacent to a belt; and a second separated position where the photosensitive-member supporting member is separated from the belt. An interlocking mechanism interlocks the both displacement mechanisms with the cover, and displaces the both supporting members from the respective adjacent positions to the respective separated positions when the cover moves from a closed position to an open position.

    摘要: The present invention provides a high-responsiveness and high-accuracy thermal gas sensor configured to enable gas to be analyzed based on a variation in heat conductivity. The thermal gas sensor includes a substrate 2 with a cavity portion 5, a thin-film support 6 stacked in the cavity portion and comprising a plurality of insulating layers 8a and 8b, and a first heating member 3 and a second heating member 4 both sandwiched between the insulating layers in the thin-film support. The second heating member is located around a periphery of the first heating member. The first heating member is controlled to a temperature higher than a temperature to which the second heating member is controlled. The concentration of ambient gas is measured based on power applied to the first heating member.

In a method for manufacturing the thermal type flowmeter, a thermal treatment is performed to grow a crystal grain size of the heating resistor body and a crystal grain size of the temperature-measuring resistor body by heating the thin film portion after forming the thin film portion.

The mobile station apparatuses select a desired precoding vector from predetermined candidates, and give the base station apparatus information identifying the selected precoding vector. The base station apparatus generates a linear filter on the basis of the information from the mobile station apparatuses, grasps multi-user interference that at least one of the mobile station apparatuses is subjected to when the generated linear filter is used, generates a new transmission signal by subtracting the multi-user interference from the transmission signal, and spatially multiplexes the transmission signal addressed to the plurality of mobile station apparatuses by multiplying the new transmission signal by the linear filter. Thus, favorable reception characteristics can be obtained while CSI feedback is performed efficiently.
