摘要: A method of ink jet recording wherein thermal and electric energies are applied to a liquid coloring agent, such as ink, to jet the ink toward a recording member, such as paper. A plurality of spaced apart electric heating resistor and lead electrodes are used to heat the ink and are in direct contact with the ink which has a high electrical resistivity, e.g., a volume resistivity of at least about 10.sup.6 .OMEGA..multidot. cm. Also, there may be used a plurality of spaced apart electric field forming electrodes to apply an electric field to the ink having sufficient electrical resistance to prevent leakage across the electrodes.

摘要: In a taped electronic component series provided with concavities (4, 5; 15, 16, 17) in a plurality of lines, the concavities of the respective lines are made to deviate from each other by length corresponding to the product of the arrangement pitch (P) of the concavities in each line and the inverse of the number of the lines along the longitudinal direction of the receiving tape (1; 11), so that the electronic components received in the concavities are placed in a withdrawal position one by one by feeding the taped electronic component series at a constant pitch for withdrawing the electronic components (3; 18) from the concavities.

摘要: Provided are urethane resin particles for slush molding which make it possible that inconveniences based on the slip-down of a pigment, on the aggregation of particles of the pigment, and on other causes are removed although this coloring is coloring onto the resin particle surfaces. The present invention is urethane resin particles for slush mold which contain a urethane resin and an additive, wherein the particles have a shape factor SF1 of 101 to 200, a shape factor SF2 of 120 to 240, and a central particle diameter of 20 to 500 μm. It is preferred that the urethane resin has a concentration of urea groups of 0.5 to 10% by weight, a total of the concentration of urethane groups and that of the urea groups of 4 to 20% by weight, a melting point of 160 to 260° C. and a glass transition temperature of −65 to 0° C.

摘要: A method of producing a surface-mount inductor by encapsulating a coil with an encapsulation material containing a resin and a filler using a mold die assembly is provided. In the method, a tablet and a coil are used. The tablet is prepared by preforming the encapsulation material into a shape having a flat plate-shaped portion and a pillar-shaped convex portion on a peripheral thereof. The coil is a wound conductive wire having a cross-section of rectangular-shape. The coil is placed on the tablet to allow both ends of the coil to extend along an outer side surface of the pillar-shaped convex portion of the tablet. The coil and the encapsulation material are integrated together while clamping the both ends of the coil between an inner wall surface of the mold die assembly and the outer side surface of the pillar-shaped convex portion of the tablet, to form a molded body. External electrodes are formed on a surface of or around an outer periphery of the molded body in such a manner that the external electrodes are electrically connected to the both ends of the coil at least a portion of which is exposed to the surface of the molded body.
