摘要: A vehicle may include a driving motor supplying driving force to vehicle wheel; a power converter using a coil provided in the driving motor to transform power input from the external power source; a battery charged according to counter electromotive force of the driving motor in a regenerative braking mode, charged according to the power transformed by the power converter in a charging mode, and supplying driving power to the driving motor in a driving mode; an oil pump supplying oil to the driving motor; a detector detecting temperature of the oil; and a controller controlling the oil pump to be operated in a warm-up mode when the oil temperature detected by the detector is less than a first threshold temperature and the battery is in the charging mode, and applying reference power to the oil pump to move the oil to the driving motor in the warm-up mode.

摘要: A thermal management system for a vehicle may include a cooling apparatus configured to include a radiator, a first water pump, a first valve, and a reservoir tank to circulate a coolant in the coolant line to cool at least one electrical component provided in the coolant line; a battery cooling apparatus including a battery coolant line connected to the coolant line through a second valve, and a second water pump and a battery module which are connected through the battery coolant line; a chiller provided in the battery coolant line between the second valve and the battery module, and connected to a refrigerant line of an air conditioner; and a heating circuit including a heater which is connected to the coolant line and the chiller through first and second connection lines to supply a coolant having a temperature which is increased while passing through the at least one electrical component.

摘要: A rotor of an interior permanent magnet motor includes a rotor core configured to form a body of the rotor. An upper permanent magnet group is configured to be inserted into the rotor core to form a magnetic pole. A lower permanent magnet group is configured to be inserted into the rotor core below the upper permanent magnet group to form a two-layered structure with the upper permanent magnet group. Each of the upper and lower permanent magnet groups may include two V-shaped permanent magnets. A polar arc angle formed by the two permanent magnets of the upper permanent magnet group may be different from a polar arc angle formed by the permanent magnets of the lower permanent magnet group.
