    摘要: An electric compressor includes an electric motor, a compression mechanism driven by the electric motor, and a housing for accommodating the electric motor and the compression mechanism. The housing is formed such that the stator is fitted thereto. The housing has a plurality of thick portions and a plurality of thin portions. The center of the thickness of each thick portion is located outside of the center of the thickness of each thin portion with respect to a radial direction of the housing. As a result, even if the housing is deformed, the fixation of the stator to the housing is reliably maintained. Further, the weight of the electric compressor is reduced.

    摘要: An electrically-driven compressor including a housing, an electric motor, a compression mechanism, a cover member, a motor drive circuit, and a sealing member is disclosed. The electric motor is accommodated in the housing. The compression mechanism is accommodated in the housing and operated by the electric motor. The cover member is attached to the housing. The housing and the cover member form an accommodation portion including an accommodation space therein. The motor drive circuit is accommodated in the accommodation space and drives the electric motor. The sealing member is arranged between the housing and the cover member to seal the accommodation space. The sealing member includes an elastic seal portion that comes into close contact with the housing and the cover member. A core sustains the shape of the seal portion in conformance with the circumferential edge of the accommodation space. The core is formed so that at least a circumferential edge part of the core is in conformance with the circumferential edge of the accommodation space. The seal portion is formed integrally with the circumferential edge part of the shape sustaining member by depositing rubber material thereon.

    摘要: The invention provides a heat-curable resin composition comprising (A) a polyurethane having two or more carboxyl groups in one molecule, in particular a polyurethane having one or more carboxyl groups at a molecular terminal and (B) a heat-curable component, a cured product thereof, a solder resist and a protective film consisting of the cured product and a printed wiring board coated with the cured product. The polyurethane(A), preferably has a number average molecular weight of 500 to 100,000 and an acid value of 5 to 150 mgKOH/g. The heat-curable component (B) is preferably an epoxy resin. The heat-curable resin composition of the invention is excellent in adhesion with a substrate, low-warpage property, flexibility, resistance to moisture and heat, soldering heat resistance and resistance to tin plating.

The accommodating portion is provided on an outer surface of the compressor housing and defines an accommodating space. The inner surface of the accommodating space includes a bottom surface and a side surface. The bottom surface is defined as a radially inward surface of the inner surface relative to the central axis. The side surface surrounds a periphery of the bottom surface. The bottom and side surfaces are defined by the compressor housing. The motor drive circuit is arranged in the accommodating space for driving the electric motor.

    摘要: A scroll compressor includes a housing, a discharge passage, a rotary shaft, a fixed scroll, a movable scroll, an oil separator and an oil reservoir for compressing refrigerant gas containing lubricating oil. The housing has a rear housing which has a partition wall. The discharge passage is formed in the housing. The discharge passage has a discharge chamber, a discharge hole and an accommodation chamber. The discharge chamber and the accommodation chamber are communicated with each other through the discharge hole. The oil separator is provided in the accommodation chamber. The oil separator has a separation member and an oil reserved area. The oil reservoir is defined around an entire circumference of the partition wall which defines the discharge chamber therein. The oil reservoir is formed so as to communicate with the oil reserved area of the oil separator.
