    摘要： An absorbent article includes: a sheet-type leakage-preventing body; absorbent body, at least one layer arranged on the leakage-preventing body top, which absorb fluids; pair of left and right floating leg gathers on the absorbent body top, extending in longitudinal direction from the main body front end of the absorbent article to the rear end, traversing a front body section, crotch part, and rear body section. Each floating leg gathers have a top and trailing parts adjoining the top part. Front and rear ends of the floating leg gathers are joined respectively to the vicinity of the front and rear end of the absorbent article main body. Trailing parts trail downwards from top parts towards the absorbent body. At least one part of the trailing parts of the left and right floating leg gathers is mutually connected in the lower end area forming a channel for bodily fluids inside trailing parts.

    摘要： A method for coating a dispersion slurry containing a solid SAP dispersed in a dispersion medium on a surface of a substrate sheet are provided. The method is characterized in that a first region and a second region are formed on the surface of the substrate sheet with a convex-and-concave pattern wherein the first region have the coating layer in thicker thickness and the second region have the coating layer in thinner thickness or does not scarcely have the coating layer, by means of positioning the rotating pattern roll over the substrate sheet via the cover film, of supplying the dispersion slurry between the substrate sheet and the cover film while rotating the rotating pattern roll, and of pushing the coating layer with the rotating pattern roll via the cover film, when the coating layer of the dispersion slurry is formed.

    摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide an absorbent article capable of preventing loosening and slipping off. The object is attained by an absorbent article, including: a leak preventer in sheet form having a bottom surface part and a pair of side parts raised upward from both the right and left sides of the bottom surface part and forming an internal space by the bottom surface part and the pair of side parts; an absorber arranged in the internal space at least in one layer, containing a super absorbent polymer, and capable of absorbing body fluid; a pair of side edge stretchable bands provided to extend along edge parts of the pair of side parts; a waist band joined to a rear end of the leak preventer and extending in a lateral direction; and a pair of hip wrapping stretchable bands connected to the pair of side parts of the leak preventer and/or the pair of side edge stretchable bands and to the waist band, in which: connection parts of the pair of hip wrapping stretchable bands to the pair of side parts of the leak preventer and/or the pair of side edge stretchable bands are positioned at a rear beyond a crotch part; and an interval between the pair of hip wrapping stretchable bands where they are connected to the waist band is larger than an interval between the pair of hip wrapping stretchable bands where they are connected to the pair of side parts of the leak preventer and/or the pair of side edge stretchable bands.
