    Abstract: A driving circuit of flat display including a charging circuit path, a discharging circuit path, and a detecting circuit is provided. The charging circuit path has first and second impedance states, wherein an impedance value of the first impedance state is smaller than that of the second impedance state. The discharging circuit path has third and fourth impedance states, wherein an impedance value of the third impedance state is smaller than that of the fourth impedance state. The detecting circuit detects whether the charging circuit path or the discharging circuit path is in an unstable first state or stable second state, controls the charging circuit path to the first impedance state or the discharging circuit path to the third impedance state in the first state, and controls the charging circuit path to the second impedance state or the discharging circuit path to the fourth impedance state in the second state.

    Abstract: An amplifier circuit including an input amplifier, an output amplifier and a diode device is provided. The output amplifier includes a PMOSFET and an NMOSFET. The PMOSFET has a gate electrode serving as a first input end and a drain coupled to an output end. The NMOSFET has a gate electrode serving as a second input end and a drain coupled to the output end. The output amplifier outputs an output voltage at the output end, and is coupled to the input amplifier via at least one of the first and second input ends. The diode device is coupled between the output end and the at least one of the first and second input ends of the output amplifier. When a voltage difference between the output end and the at least one of the first and second input ends of the output amplifier is greater than a barrier voltage of the diode device, the diode device is turned on, and an overshoot of the output voltage is reduced.

    Abstract: A source driver and a calibration method thereof are provided. The source driver for driving and sensing a display panel of the disclosure includes a sensing circuit, an analog-to-digital converter circuit and a digital arithmetic circuit. The sensing circuit is configured to receive a reference signal through a sensing channel when the source driver is operated in a calibration mode. The analog-to-digital converter circuit is coupled to the sensing circuit, and configured to convert the reference signal to a digital reference signal. The digital arithmetic circuit is coupled to the analog-to-digital converter circuit, and configured to obtain a calibration parameter according to the digital reference signal. The source driver calibrates a sensing path for sensing a display panel according to the calibration parameter when the source driver is operated in a sensing mode.
