摘要: The present invention relates to a sub band notification method and apparatus in which a terminal notifies a base station of an optimum sub band that is determined based on radio link quality of a plurality of sub bands. The terminal apparatus measures the radio link quality of a current sub band that is currently assigned to it, and the radio link quality of the sub bands on both sides of the current sub band, compares the radio link quality of each sub band, then generates sub-band-change-request data that specifies that the optimum sub band is the sub band having a higher frequency than the current sub band, or the sub band having a lower frequency, and transmits that sub-band-change-request data to the base station.

摘要: A radio communication system including mobile terminals and plural base stations each of which communicates with mobile terminals existing in a subordinate cell. Each of the base stations includes an interference power measurement portion which measures a total interference power received from mobile terminals existing in adjacent cells; an interference reduction request portion which issues a request to reduce interference to base stations of the adjacent cells based on the total interference power; and a control portion which notifies mobile terminals existing in a subordinate cell of transmission power control information when the request to reduce interference is received from a base station of an adjacent cell, so as to reduce the interference. Each of the mobile terminals includes a reception portion which receives the transmission power control information from the base station that is requested to reduce the interference from the base station of the adjacent cell.

摘要: In this invention, the film thicknesses of an upper barrier film of a lower electrode of a capacitive element and an upper barrier film of a metallic interconnect layer formed in the same layer as this is made thicker than the film thicknesses of upper barrier films of other metallic interconnect layers. Moreover, in this invention, the film thickness of the upper barrier film of the lower electrode of the capacitive element is controlled to be 110 nm or more, more preferably, 160 nm or more. A decrease in the dielectric voltage of the capacitive dielectric film due to cracks in the upper barrier film does not occur and the deposition temperature of the capacitive dielectric film can be made higher, so that a semiconductor device having a MIM capacitor with high performance and high capacitance can be achieved, where the dielectric voltage of the capacitive dielectric film is improved.

摘要: A base station creates and transmits power control data to a mobile terminal at each prescribed time slot based on signals received from the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal controls the transmission power of signals to the base station based on the power control data. During this transmission power control, the mobile terminal measures the reception level of common pilot signals transmitted from the base station at each time slot, calculates a moving average of the reception level for a plurality of time slots, and when transmission to the base station is interrupted, stores the transmission power and moving average for the immediately preceding time slot, and when transmission to the base station is resumed, adds the difference between the moving average at the time of transmission resumption and the stored moving average to the stored transmission power, and uses the power obtained by this addition as the signal transmission power at the time of transmission resumption.

摘要: Upon handover, a mobile station receives, from the movement origin base station, information on the movement destination base station and information relating to a sequence to be used for transmitting a random access signal to the movement destination base station. The mobile station receives a synchronization channel signal transmitted from the movement destination base station. The mobile station transmits the random access signal to the movement destination base station at a timing offset by a prescribed period from a timing of receiving a synchronization channel and at a frequency corresponding to that of the synchronization channel. A position of the timing/frequency used for transmitting the random access signal for the handover is used exclusively by the random access signal transmitted from the mobile terminal for which a handover is being performed or is used exclusively at the same time by a plurality of mobile stations for which handovers are performed.

摘要: A base station communicates with mobile terminals existing within a subordinate cell, and in addition executes control to reduce interference from mobile terminals existing within adjacent cells. The base station measures the total interference power received from mobile terminals in all adjacent cells, and if the total interference power is greater than a preset value, issues a request to the base stations of all adjacent cells to reduce interference. The base station which has received the interference reduction request discriminates mobile terminals which impart interference to the base station which is the source of the interference reduction request, and reduces interference by either temporarily lowering the uplink data transmission rate or temporarily halting uplink data transmission for such mobile terminals.

The inner peripheral region of the face of the recording layer is formed flat and a recess is formed, on one face of the optical disc medium opposite to the light transmitting layer, in an area corresponding to the inner peripheral region of the recording layer.
