A joining portion, in which a fastening hole to which the fastening member is joined and whose axis passes through the dividing wall portion is formed, is integrally formed with the dividing wall portion.

    摘要: A desired property for a metal gate electrode layer is that it can cover a three-dimensional semiconductor structure having a microstructure with high step coverage. Another desired property for the metal gate electrode layer is that the surface of a deposited electrode layer is flat on a nanometer scale, enables a dielectric layer for electrical insulation to be coated without performing special planization after deposition of the electrode layer. Furthermore, another desired property for the metal gate electrode layer is that it has the similar etching workability to materials used in an ordinary semiconductor manufacturing process. Furthermore, another desired property for the metal gate electrode layer is that it has a structure in which diffusion of impurity is suppressed due to homogeneity thereof and the absence of grain boundaries. It was found that an amorphous metal electrode is most suitable for realizing the metal gate electrode layer satisfying the above-mentioned properties and thereby the present invention was achieved.

When the consumed electric current integrated value reaches a specified value, a position information transmission operation may be performed. In such a case, even after the consumed electric current integrated value reaches the specified value, electric power is continuously supplied from the vehicle battery to the electric power supply device. The position information transmission operation is thereby performed continuously. The position information can be thus continuously transmitted to a service center as much as possible; a service of pursuing a stolen car can be provided as much as possible.

The emergency call system includes a communication unit that communicates with a service center, a control unit that drives the communication unit with electric power supplied from the main battery to connect a communication line with the service center when an emergency call triggering signal is given thereto. The control unit makes the communication unit send a battery-low-voltage signal if terminal voltage of the main battery becomes lower than a threshold voltage while the communication line is connected with the service center.

    摘要: An apparatus, system, method, and computer-readable medium provides control for displaying, on a display device, a classroom screen with symbolic images representative of a plurality of slave instruments connected to a master instrument in accordance with actual positional relationship between the slave instruments in the classroom, or by different locations thereof. Any one of the symbolic images displayed on the display device can be selected and moved to a desired position from the original position. A moved position of the moved symbolic image is determined. If the determined moved position is a position corresponding to another of symbolic images, the group identification, which can be stored in a storage, of the slave instrument corresponding to the moved symbolic image is changed to the group identification corresponding to the slave instrument associated with the symbolic image located at the moved position. The display is automatically changed so that the moved symbolic image returns from the moved position to the original position.
