    摘要: A method of depositing a titanium-containing conductive thin film, which is capable of depositing a high-quality thin film having a low chlorine content by grounding, through a capacitor, a terminal of a plasma generating electrode disposed in a processing chamber. In the method, one of the introduction terminals of the plasma generating electrode is connected to a radio-frequency power source, the other terminal being grounded through the capacitor. Titanium tetrachloride, hydrogen gas, and nitrogen gas are introduced into the processing chamber at flowrates of 20 ml/min, 30 ml/min and 10 ml/min, respectively. The pressure in the processing chamber is set to about 1 Pa, and the temperature of the substrate is set to 450.degree. to 600.degree. C. A low-pressure, high-density plasma is generated with an output of the radio-frequency power source of 2.5 kW to deposit a titanium nitride film at a rate of about 30 nm/min. The resultant titanium nitride film has a chlorine content of 1% or less, metallic lustre and low resistance.

    摘要: A modular plug and cover therefor includes a plug body having an insert portion and a rear portion having an indentation. The rear portion receives a cable for connection to the insert portion. A cover for the modular plug is of a substantially rectangular configuration having an open end fitting over the rear portion of the plug body. The cover portion is engageable with the plug body such that an enclosed space is defined between an end of the rear portion of the plug and an opposing inner wall of the cover. The cover is further provided with a tapered projection on an inner surface thereof which corresponds to the location of the indentation and an access opening through which a cable connected to the modular plug is passed. The cover portion may also be engaged with the plug in an inverted state to change the direction in which the cable is oriented.

    摘要: A color photographic light-sensitive material comprising, on a reflective support, at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a dye-forming coupler and a non-light-sensitive layer provided on the light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, located furthest from the reflective support, the non-light-sensitive layer containing:(a) a benzotriazole derivative represented by the following formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 independently represent an alkyl, an alkoxy, an alkenyl, each alkyl, alkoxy, or alkenyl having not less than 4 carbon atoms, an aryl, or an aryloxy, said aryl and aryloxy each being substituted or unsubstituted and wherein R.sub.3 represents hydrogen, a halogen, an alkyl, an alkoxy, an alkenyl, each alkyl, alkoxy, or alkenyl having not less than 4 carbon atoms, an aryl, or an aryloxy; and(b) at least one compound having selected from the formulae (II) or (III): ##STR2## wherein R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 independently represent an alkyl, having not less than 5 carbon atoms, an aryl, or an aralkyl, said aryl and aryloxy each being substituted or unsubstituted; ##STR3## wherein R.sub.6, R.sub.7 and R.sub.8 independently represent an alkyl having not less than 5 carbon atoms.

    摘要: A silver halide color photographic material having improved whiteness and a method of processing said material are disclosed. The material is formed on a hydrophobic support at least one silver halide emulsion layer, a layer containing a brightening agent and a layer containing a compound that is capable of trapping the brightening agent, said layer containing a compound capable of trapping the brightening agent being separate from the layer containing the brightening agent and positioned more remote from the support than the latter layer, and also, the method for providing enhanced brightening effect comprises subjecting said material to imagewise exposure and color development so that said brightening agent is diffused into and trapped by the layer containing capable of trapping the brightening agent.
