The disclosed non-woven fabric composite includes an at least partially electrostatically treated meltblown non-woven layer and a spunbond non-woven layer disposed on one or both sides thereof, pressure loss is less than 5.0 mmH2O, and a size of the pilling mass after the Martindale abrasion test is less than 5 mm.
Abstract:
In a gas-barrier aluminum deposition film according to one embodiment of the present invention, a seed coating layer containing functional groups of at least one type selected from among a hydroxyl group (—OH), an amine group (—NH), and a carboxylic acid group (—COOH) is formed on a thermoplastic plastic base film to form a seed molecular layer that enables uniform deposition of aluminum, such as AlOx or AlNx, through chemical reaction, on a surface of the coating layer, with aluminum atoms vaporized at the initial stage of aluminum deposition, thereby inducing uniform deposition of an aluminum layer to be subsequently deposited. Therefore, it is possible to provide a deposited film having superior oxygen and water vapor barrier properties compared to existing aluminum deposition films.
Abstract:
A biaxially oriented polyester reflection film according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a core layer having a plurality of voids, and containing homo-polyester, copolymer polyester, a resin incompatible with polyester, and inorganic particles; and a skin layer formed at least one surface of the core layer, and containing homo-polyester, copolymer polyester, and inorganic particles, wherein the biaxially oriented polyester reflection film is formed to have a plurality of light focusing structures, each of which has a concave center portion, and which are arranged in a grid pattern.
Abstract:
Provided are a monovalent anion selective ion exchange membrane and a method of manufacturing the ion exchange membrane. In regard to the monovalent anion selective ion exchange membrane, a surface portion thereof has a high amount ratio of a cation exchange polymer electrolyte, a central portion thereof has a high amount ratio of an anion exchange polymer electrolyte, and an amount ratio of the anion exchange polymer electrolyte with respect to the cation exchange polymer electrolyte continuously increases in the thickness direction thereof from the surface toward the center. Due to this structure, compared to monovalent anions, polyvalent anions may permeate much less through the exchange membrane. Thus, high selectivity for monovalent anions may be obtained.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a color conversion sheet comprising: a first wavelength conversion layer in which an organic phosphor is dispersed in a resin matrix; and an adhesive layer disposed on one surface of the first wavelength conversion layer, in which a surface energy of the first wavelength conversion layer is different from a surface energy of the adhesive layer so that the organic phosphor does not diffuse into the adhesive layer.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic adhesive composition, a gas barrier film comprising the same, and a method for producing the same. More particularly, the present invention can provide an organic-inorganic adhesive composition capable of improving the adhesion between an inorganic gas barrier layer and various organic materials constituting a device; a gas barrier film which has excellent gas barrier properties even with a simple two-layer structure of an inorganic layer and an organic-inorganic adhesive layer without a surface treatment or an undercoating layer on a substrate, and in which the organic-inorganic adhesive layer improves adhesion between the inorganic layer of the gas barrier film and the organic materials constituting the device, thereby exhibiting excellent adhesion properties, and a method for producing the same.
Abstract:
A reverse osmosis filtering module includes: a purified water discharge pipe in which a purified water discharge path is formed, and which has a communication hole that is formed on an outer periphery thereof and communicates with the purified water discharge path; a reverse osmosis filtering part including a reverse osmosis filtering member in which a purified water flow space is formed, and which is wound around the purified water discharge pipe such that the purified water flow space communicates with the communication hole; a first flow channel formation cap provided at one side and having an inlet hole; and a second flow channel formation cap provided at the other side of the reverse osmosis filtering part and having an outlet hole.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an easily removable paper tube used for winding material, such as fabric, a band, a film, and so forth, and a method for successively using articles, each of which uses the paper tube, and, more specifically, to an easily removable paper tube and a method for successively using articles that use the paper tube, in which the paper tube is effectively removed, without deforming a roll of material wound around the paper tube, such use of the material enabled by releasing it from the inside of the roll with the paper tube removed, thereby increasing the unrolling speed of the material, and a first article and a second article, each of which includes wound material, are connected to each other for use, thereby allowing successive provision of the articles, and thus remarkably increasing a rate of successive production.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a polyethylene microporous film and a method of preparing the same. The polyethylene microporous film, which has a laminated structure comprising B layer/A layer/B layer, prepared by melt-mixing a polyethylene and an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent together at controlled mixing ratios to separately form an A layer and a B layer having different porosities, and then coextruding the A and B layers, thus exhibiting excellent mechanical properties, such as strength and elongation, and high-temperature stability. Therefore, the polyethylene microporous film is suitable for use in a rechargeable battery separator.
