    摘要: A mouthpiece discriminating device for a rotary roll extruder serves to distinguish different kinds of exchangeable mouthpieces from one another without relying upon visual inspection. The device includes a plurality of magnets embedded in the mouthpiece along its edge and aligned with each other in a direction of passage for the mouthpiece. The poles of the magnets are arranged as coded information uniquely determined in accordance with kind of the mouthpiece. A detector element provided along the passage detects the magnetic fields of the magnets upon movement of the mouthpiece along the passage. A signal processing unit discriminates the kind of the mouthpiece based on output signals of the detector element representing the magnetic fields detected.

    摘要: In a production supervising system of a work, a wireless type production supervising data processing apparatus is mounted on the work. The wireless type production supervising data processing apparatus includes a wireless type interface unit, and an IC card. The IC card includes CPU, EEPROM for storing the production supervising data, ROM for storing the program data, and RAM capable of storing other data than the production supervising data. The wireless type interface unit includes antennas, a receiver, a transmitter, a demodulator connected to the receiver, and a modulator connected to the transmitter. During the production of the work, the production supervising data previously stored in EEPROM are read from the IC card and processed in the interface unit and thereafter transmitted from the interface unit toward the external data controlling apparatus.

    摘要: Workpiece carriers are fed to successive work stations along conveyor tracks at which stations work operations are performed on individual parts on the carrier and in which a defect signal is allocated when appropriate. After a work operation has been performed a coding member is left in a normal switching position corresponding to a defect coding or displaced into a switching position corresponding to an accept coding if the work operations performed were satisfactory. In a coding device displaceable coding elements are supported by a workpiece carrier and traverse a detector device at the work processing station and a switching element for displacing the coding element from a reject coding switch position to an accept coding switch position. Advantageously an accept coding is only secured by a deliberate action when satisfactory work processing has been completed and thus subsequent processing of defective parts is avoided simply and with great reliability.
