    摘要: An energy management system and method for a vehicle monitors the state and/or condition of at least one energy storage device. A connection element is included that is adapted to connect to a first terminal of the energy storage device. A terminal body is included having a terminal connection point configured to connect to a second terminal of the energy storage device. At least one electrical shunt is also coupled to the terminal body and the connection element wherein the electrical shunt provides a path for the flow of current from the terminal connection point to the connection element. This system further includes an electrical circuit coupled to the shunt that is configured to determine predetermined parameters of the energy storage device based on the flow of current through the electrical shunt.

The measuring device includes a measuring shunt in the form of a plate connected in series with the first cable and associated with a measuring electronic card connected to a data transmission cable. The measuring shunt further includes a measuring portion of resistive alloy coupled to connection portions on either side of the measuring portion. The connection portions are integrally formed with the measuring portion, and the first cable is secured to at least one of the connection portions of the measuring shunt.

    摘要: A storage battery assembly for vehicles includes a plurality of battery cells. Each battery cell includes a closed housing and at least one terminal extending from the housing. Conductive bars are mounted on dedicated terminals. The conductive bars electrically connect the battery cells. At least one circuit board comprises electronic circuitry configured for at least one of monitoring and controlling the battery cells. The terminals have electrically conductive interconnection washers mounted thereon. The interconnection washers extend to a dedicated circuit board and are connected with electronic circuitry on the respective circuit board. The circuit is board connected to at least one interconnection washer located adjacent to the at least one terminal to which the at least one interconnection washer is connected.

The method includes sliding a sleeve composed of a resistor material onto the cable end, at least one first measuring tap being installed between the cable end and an inner circumference of the sleeve. The cable end provided with the sleeve and the measuring tap is inserted into the cable holder and is permanently connected thereto to form a measuring device. A battery sensor unit is described having a fastening device for fastening the battery sensor unit to a contact of a battery, in particular a motor vehicle battery, and having a measuring device for detecting the state of the battery. The measuring device includes a cable end of a cable, a sleeve that is composed of a resistor material and encloses the cable end, at least one first measuring tap, which is installed between an inner circumference of the sleeve and the cable end, and a cable holder which accommodates the sleeve in a permanent connection.

    摘要: A vehicle control system has a battery mounted to a vehicle, a vehicle alternator charging the battery, a battery current detection device detecting a charging/discharging current of the battery, a voltage regulation device regulating an output voltage of the vehicle alternator to a specified output voltage, and a temperature sensor mounted to the inside of the battery current detection device. One terminal of a shunt resistance is connected to a negative terminal of the battery through a battery clump, and the other terminal of the shunt resistance is grounded. The temperature sensor is placed close to the shunt resistance. This structure enables the temperature sensor to detect the temperature of the battery with a high accuracy while considering the temperature characteristics of the shunt resistance.
