摘要: A wind turbine includes a dynamoelectric machine including a liquid-cooled stator and a rotor interacting with one another. The stator includes a magnetically conductive body and a winding system which is embedded in slots of the magnetically conductive body and which includes a main insulation arranged between a conductor of the winding system and a slot wall and including at least one recess provided in a cooling-channel impression of the main insulation to form at least one axial cooling channel extending between the main insulation and the slot wall, so that the at least one cooling channel borders the slot wall without insulation in direct contact with the slot wall. The winding system includes end windings which are also liquid-cooled. A can separates the stator and the rotor from one another and enables different cooling media for the stator and the rotor.

摘要: Aircraft electric motors include a motor unit having a rotor and a stator. The stator includes a plurality of windings and cooling channels arranged to provide cooling thereto. A drive unit is configured to drive operation of the motor unit. A cooling system includes a working fluid arranged within a cooling fluid flow path, wherein the cooling fluid flow path includes a liquid cooling path configured to direct flow of the working fluid through, at least, the cooling channels of the motor unit and a vapor cooling path configured to direct flow of the working fluid through the drive unit and a separator arranged upstream of each of the liquid cooling path and the vapor cooling path and configured to direct a liquid portion of the working fluid into the liquid cooling path and configured to direct a vapor portion of the working fluid into the vapor cooling path.

摘要: A cooling system for cooling an electric machine of a motor vehicle, including a supply line, at least one cooling line, and a bypass line. The supply line is for supplying a cooled coolant to a first winding head region of the electric machine. The at least one cooling line leads from the first winding head region through a stator of the electric machine up to a second winding head region of the electric machine. The bypass line is guided from the first winding head region to the second winding head region past the stator. The bypass line, to collect and/or discharge air, exits from the first winding head region at a highest position in a direction of gravity and/or opens into the second winding head region at a highest position in the direction of gravity.

The magnet assembly includes a plurality of fixed magnets disposed in a ring arrangement so that fixed magnets having a north pole faced toward the rotor or stator are alternated with fixed magnets having a south pole faced toward the rotor or stator, a plurality of rotatable magnets disposed within a respective slot formed between two adjacent fixed magnets, a drive assembly for turning the rotatable magnets within the slots to vary the magnetic field generated by the magnet assembly in the rotor or stator, the drive assembly configured to turn the rotatable magnets between a first position wherein the magnetic field in the rotor or stator is augmented and a second position wherein the magnetic field in the rotor or stator is cancelled.

摘要: A cooling jacket for an electric motor comprises a fluid passage disposed adjacent to a stator and configured to convey a cooling fluid. The cooling jacket includes a flow mixing enhancer within the fluid passage adjacent an axial end of the stator. The flow mixing enhancer includes baffles, a porous fibrous structure, and/or an open-cell foam to provide greater thermal conductance at a region adjacent to the axial ends than it provides to a central region therebetween. A flow bridge directs the cooling fluid through circumferential flow paths adjacent to both of the axial ends before the cooling fluid is circulated in a central flow path around the central region of the stator. One or more nozzles direct a jet of cooling fluid upon the stator end winding, a rotor end winding, and/or printed circuit board. A ring-shaped coolant header may supply the cooling fluid to the nozzles.

摘要: The invention relates to an electric motor with an air-gap sleeve. The invention makes it possible for the first time to achieve improved heat dispersal from the rotor by means of an excess pressure in the inner region of the rotor of an air-gap sleeve electric motor. The excess pressure allows the wall thickness of the air-gap sleeve to be reduced by over 50%, as a result of which the heat transfer is improved and a gas with a high thermal capacity can be used.

摘要: A housing configuration for an electric machine includes a housing having a stator receiving region with a wall. A stator is disposed in the stator receiving region of the housing and a sleeve is pushed onto the stator. A cooling jacket surrounds the stator for liquid cooling of the stator. The cooling jacket has a radially outer cooling-jacket surface and a radially inner cooling-jacket surface with a gap between the radially outer cooling-jacket surface and the radially inner cooling-jacket surface. The wall of the stator receiving region forms the radially outer cooling-jacket surface of the cooling jacket. The sleeve forms the radially inner cooling-jacket surface of the cooling jacket. Bilaterally acting seal carriers are inserted into the gap between the radially outer cooling-jacket surface and the radially inner cooling-jacket surface. The bilaterally acting seal carriers provide an axial sealing of the cooling jacket. An electric machine is also provided.
