摘要： Methods and apparatus to electronically tag a circuit pair are disclosed herein. Example methods include generating circuit identifying information to be included in a tag, transmitting the circuit identifying information to a first network element and to a portable circuit probe, and electronically tagging the circuit pair by applying a tone to the circuit pair at the first network element. In some examples, the tone is encoded to include the tag. Example methods additionally include notifying the portable circuit probe that the circuit pair has been electronically tagged. In some examples, the tag is transmitted to the first network element via the circuit pair and, if the first network element fails to acknowledge receipt of the circuit identifying information, via an out-of-band network.

A method includes: providing a content item to a user device, the content item including a control for initiating a call to a content sponsor associated with the content item; assigning a telephone number from a pool to the content item; receiving a control interaction indication; facilitating a connection between the user and the content sponsor based on the interaction; storing an association between a user identifier, the telephone number, and a content sponsor identifier such that future calls from the user to the telephone number can be routed to the content sponsor, even after the telephone number has been returned to the pool; and linking a content item impression with the connection such that a report can be generated that shows an effectiveness of the content item impression.

摘要： In example embodiments, a system and method for international dialing through call connections is provided. An indication of an initiation of a call by a first user to a second user is received. A first pool number is provided to the first user, whereby the first pool number is different from a phone number of the second user. A message is transmitted to the second user that triggers the second user device to automatically initiate a second call to a second pool number, whereby the second pool number is different from a phone number of the first user. A first call via the first pool number and the second call via the second pool number are received. Based on a call parameter, a determination is made to connect the first call and the second call, and the first call is connected to the second call.

摘要： A probe tip for use with an inductive amplifier unit having an inductive generator circuit connected to an indicator, such as an acoustic transducer. The tip includes a substantially non-conducting inductive member having a distal end insertable into an opening of a communication jack housing contacts and having a keyway portion. The tip includes a conductive member having a first end portion at least partially encased inside the distal end of the inductive member and a second end portion extending outwardly away therefrom. The distal end has a key portion configured to be received inside the keyway portion of the jack. Engagement between the key member and the keyway member prevents lateral movement of the distal end across the contacts inside the opening. The second end portion is connectable to the circuit, which is configured to use the indicator to indicate to a user when the tip detects a signal.
