    摘要: The present invention is directed to a hydraulic pressure control device which can overcome problems, such as a shock to an actuator or a pressure boost phenomenon involving a rapid increase in pump delivery pressure, conventionally encountered when a directional control valve is switched. The hydraulic pressure control device is constructed such that first and second connecting ports are connected to a tank when a directional control valve is in its neutral position, one of the first and second connecting ports is cut off from the tank and connected to an actuator and the other is cut off from the tank and closed when the directional control valve has been switched, in accordance with a position to which the directional control valve has been switched, and a maximum pilot pressure selectively taken from between a pressure compensating valve and a pair of check valves is introduced into a pilot line.

    摘要: DANA 90 A load sense pressure controller used with a hydraulic control valve such as a hydraulic direction control valve includes a body in the form of a barrel having a threaded first end and a threaded second end. An externally threaded first plug is threaded into the first end of the body and an externally threaded second plug is threaded into the second end of the body. Both first and second plugs each have passages therethrough wherein the passage through the first plug is connected to the load sense passage from a valve and the passage through the second plug is connected to a tank passage in the control valve. Disposed between the first and second plugs is a piston which is biased by a coil spring toward the first plug. The piston has a stepped axially extending passage extending therethrough which is intersected by a radially extending passage. The radially extending passage normally aligns with lateral openings in the body so that when there is a load sense condition, hydraulic fluid flows through lateral openings in the body to the return passage. If the load sense pressure exceeds a selected high pressure, then all of the load sense fluid is throttled through the pressure controlling orifice in the piston to the tank passage of the control valve.

    摘要: A hydraulic control valve for controlling flow between a pump, a hydraulic device, and a vessel containing hydraulic fluid. The control valve has an elongated valve slide which is slidably mounted in an elongated valve housing. The valve has three positions, a central neutral position, a float position axially offset in one direction from the neutral position and a constant pressure position axially offset in the opposite direction from the neutral position. In the neutral position, flow of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic device is inhibited. In the float position, connection is such that a raised device, such as a hydraulically operated bucket, is lowered slowly by gravity until it rests on the ground or another object. In the constant pressure position, the valve connects pump pressure to the load sensing circuit to facilitate, for example, shaking of a bucket of a piece of earth moving equipment.

Pressurized fluid is supplied to the inlet, and a spool member is mounted within the housing for controlling the supply of pressurized fluid to a work-performing system, such as the extendible and retractable rod of a hydraulic cylinder assembly. The spool member includes structure for blocking the one or more work ports when the spool member is in its neutral position, when it is desired not to operate the system. This prevents the cylinder from being exposed to reservoir fluid when the spool member is in its neutral position.

    摘要: A pressure control valve of the type having pump, tank and load-sensing connections used in conjunction with one or more proportional type valves. In this type of system a load-sensing signal is tapped off from the output side of the proportional valves and conveyed to the load-sensing connection of the pressure control valve. A pressure control valve of the type herein has load-sensing and pressure chambers at opposite ends thereof with a slide valve therebetween which is spring biased towards the pressure chamber and controls the internal flow from the pump connection to the tank connection. The slide valve has an auxiliary change-over type valve which selectively connects the pressure chamber to the pump and load-sensing connections in response to a pressure differential between the pump and load-sensing connections to achieve a pressure balance between the load-sensing chamber and the pressure chamber.
