    摘要: A control device transmits hydraulic pressure from a continuously circulating pump to a hydraulic device. A pressure limiting valve communicates with the pump to exhaust the pump to reservoir when the system is in a stand-by mode. The control device includes a servo valve and a directional control valve. Movement of the latter relative to the former is possible in order to create a pressure back-up in a load indicating line which closes the pressure limiting valve, thereby increasing the pump pressure supplied to the servo valve when it is desired to initiate a working mode. Subsequent actuation of the servo valve causes hydraulic pressure to be supplied to or exhausted from the hydraulic device. Actuation of the servo valve is produced by hydraulic pressure which also communicates with the load indicating line via a one-way valve.

    摘要: A method of controlling a cylinder apparatus includes the steps of supplying compressed air of a first high pressure to one chamber of a cylinder which is divided into two chambers by a piston, and exhausting air from the other chamber so as to move the piston from the start position at an end portion of one chamber toward an end position at an end portion of the other chamber along the extending direction of the cylinder, and detecting if the position has passed the position of a sensor. In addition, a moving speed of the piston is decreased by supplying air of a second high pressure lower than the first high pressure to the other chamber after an elapse of a predetermined wait time from when the piston has passed the position of the sensor, so that the piston reaches the end position in a shock-free state.

    摘要: An automatic oil return structure has a main body assembly mounted between an oil storage bag and a piston, and having a pressure regulating blocking unit, a pressure regulating elastic unit, an engaging unit, and an engaging elastic unit. The pressure regulating elastic unit pushes the pressure regulating blocking unit to block a first pressure regulating channel. An engaging groove is formed radially inward on the pressure regulating blocking unit. The engaging elastic unit pushes the engaging unit toward the pressure regulating blocking unit. When a pressure in the first pressure regulating channel is higher than a set value and the pressure regulating blocking unit is pushed away to a set distance, the engaging unit is pushed to engage with the engaging groove of the pressure regulating blocking unit such that the pressure regulating blocking unit is unmovable to avoid blocking the first pressure regulating channel.

    摘要: Disclosed are a flow control device and a flow control method for a construction machine for preventing the loss of fluid exhausted from a hydraulic pump when a boom and an arm of an excavator are operated in combination. The flow control device for a construction machine according to the present invention includes: an engine; a variable capacity hydraulic pump connected to the engine; a first hydraulic cylinder and a second hydraulic cylinder connected to the hydraulic pump; a first control valve disposed in a center bypass channel of the hydraulic pump, the first control valve, in neutral, returning the fluid exhausted from the hydraulic pump to a hydraulic tank and, when switched, controlling the driving, stopping, and direction change of the first hydraulic cylinder; a second control valve disposed downstream of the center bypass channel of the hydraulic pump, the second control valve, in neutral, returning the fluid exhausted from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic tank and, when switched, controlling the driving, stopping, and direction change of the second hydraulic cylinder; a regeneration fluid channel for supplementing and reusing fluid returned to the hydraulic tank during a compression stroke of the first hydraulic cylinder, and a regeneration valve disposed in the regeneration fluid channel; and a pressure-compensated flow control valve which is disposed in a meter-in fluid channel of a spool of the first control valve and limits the quantity of working fluid supplied from the hydraulic pump to the first hydraulic cylinder when the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder are operated in combination.
