    摘要: A gearbox attachment of a wheel drive unit A-shield assembly for an electric vehicle four motor powertrain system is disclosed. The gearbox attachment includes a housing, a gear reduction assembly, and an actuator assembly. The housing is adapted to fasten to an A-shield of the wheel drive unit A-shield assembly. The housing includes an outer ring. The gear reduction assembly is at least partially received in the outer ring. The gear reduction assembly is adapted to receive an output of a gearbox of the wheel drive unit A-shield assembly that is adapted to provide an output of a motor to a single wheel of the electric vehicle. The gear reduction assembly is adapted to provide a gear reduction for a higher torque and slower speed in a gear reduction mode. The actuator assembly adapted to actuate the gear reduction assembly output between the gear reduction mode and a standard mode.

    摘要: A wheel hub drive system includes a drive motor with a drive shaft, an input planetary gear set (PGS), an output PGS and an intermediate PGS. Each PGS includes a sun gear, a planet carrier and planet gears provided upon the planet carrier. The drive shaft is rotationally fixed with the sun gear of the input PGS. The planet carrier of the input PGS is rotationally fixed with the sun gear of the intermediate PGS, and the planet carrier of the intermediate PGS is rotationally fixed with the sun gear of the output PGS. The planet carrier of the output PGS is adapted to be rotationally fixed with a rim of a wheel. The output PGS is provided axially in-between the input PGS and the intermediate PGS.

    摘要: A vehicle driving apparatus includes: a rotary shaft having an axial hole that opens in its axial end; a casing storing the rotary shaft; a bearing provided between the casing and the rotary shaft; and a lubrication mechanism for supplying an oil into an opening of the axial hole. The casing is provided with: a recessed portion defined by a wall surface of the casing and located on a side of the axial end of the rotary shaft, such that the axial end of the rotary shaft and the bearing are located in the recessed portion; an oil hole communicating with the recessed portion; and a projecting portion projecting from the wall surface toward the opening and having a distal end located inside the axial hole. The bearing, the wall surface and the projecting portion cooperate to surround a surrounded space that communicates with the opening of the axial hole.

    摘要: A lubricant supported electric motor includes a stator extending along an axis, and a rotor rotatably disposed around the stator in radially surrounding and spaced relationship to define at least one support chamber. A lubricant is disposed in the support chamber for supporting the rotor around the stator. A wheel rim is fixedly attached to the rotor and is disposed in surrounding relationship with the rotor and the stator. Thus, in a first aspect, rotation of the rotor is directly transferred to the wheel rim such that the wheel rim rotates in accordance with the rotation of the rotor. In accordance with another aspect, the rotor is rotatably disposed within the stator, and a planetary gear reduction mechanism is operably interconnected to the rotor, the stator, and the wheel rim and configured to rotate the wheel rim in response to rotation of the rotor within the stator.

    摘要: An automatic guided vehicles (AGV) can include: motors, wheels, motor controllers, and batteries coupled to an elongated frame. The two wheels can be mounted on opposite sides of the elongated frame. The wheels can be coupled to motors which can be controlled by motor controllers. The motors and motor controllers can be attached to the frame and a connector flange can be mounted on a center portion of the AGV frame. Linkages are used to couple a plurality of AGVs together. In a two AGV embodiment, the AGVs can be mounted to a front portion and a rear portion on a centerline of a platform. In a four AGV embodiment, front width, rear width, left length, and right length linkages can form a parallelogram with AGVs couple to each of the four corners of the parallelogram.

    摘要: A system includes an emergency response vehicle transitionable between a motive state and a non-motive state and a tool. The tool includes an identifier and is configured to be removably secured to the emergency response vehicle. The system further includes a scanner coupled to the emergency response vehicle and operable to identify the identifier when the tool is secured to the emergency response vehicle. A control module is communicatively coupled to the scanner and includes a processor and a memory storing instructions which cause the processor to determine that the emergency response vehicle has transitioned between the motive state and the non-motive state, and, in response to determining that the emergency response vehicle has transitioned between the motive state and the non-motive state, cause the scanner to scan the emergency response vehicle for the identifier to determine whether the tool is secured to the emergency response vehicle.
