摘要: Provided is a surface treatment method of metal powder and surface passivated metal powder. Herein, the surface treatment method uses passivation solution to treat the metal powder, to form a passivation film on the surface of the metal powder; the passivation solution passes through the metal powder by a flowing method; and the average particle size of the metal powder is 0.1˜100 μm. A problem in the prior art that the metal powder is easily oxidized is solved, and it is suitable for the field of metal anti-oxidation.

摘要: The present disclosure provides sol-gel films and substrates, such as vehicle components, having a sol-gel film disposed thereon. At least one sol-gel formulation has about 10 wt % or less water content based on the total weight of the sol-gel formulation and comprises an organosilane, a metal alkoxide, an acid stabilizer, and an organic solvent. At least one vehicle component comprises a sol-gel coating system comprising a metal substrate and a sol-gel formulation disposed on the metal substrate. The sol-gel formulation has about 10 wt % or less water content based on the total weight of the sol-gel formulation and comprises an organosilane, a metal alkoxide, an acid stabilizer, and an organic solvent.

摘要: The present disclosure provides methods for forming sol-gels, sol-gel films and substrates, such as vehicle components, having a sol-gel film disposed thereon. At least one method of forming a sol-gel includes mixing a metal alkoxide, an acid stabilizer, and an organic solvent to form a first mixture having about 10 wt % or less water content based on the total weight of the first mixture. The method includes mixing an organosilane with the first mixture to form a second mixture having about 10 wt % or less water content based on the total weight of the second mixture.

摘要: A surface treatment solution composition for forming an inorganic film, comprising: 10 to 30% by weight of a trivalent chromium compound containing chromium phosphate (A) and chromium nitrate (B) and satisfying a content ratio A/(A+B) of 0.3 to 0.6; 5 to 50% by weight of a silane compound; 0.2 to 3% by weight of a vanadium-based rust-inhibiting and corrosion-resisting agent; 0.5 to 5% by weight of a cobalt-based rust-inhibiting and corrosion-resisting agent; and 12 to 84.3% by weight of water, an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet surface-treated using the composition, and a method for manufacturing the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, are provided, and the surface treatment solution composition containing the trivalent chromium compound has an excellent effect on corrosion resistance, blackening resistance, fuel resistance, weldability, and alkali resistance.

摘要: Provided is a method for forming a silicon oxycarbonitride film (SiOCN) with varying proportions of each element, using a disilane precursor under vapor deposition conditions, wherein the percent carbon incorporation into the SiOCN film may be varied between about 5 to about 60%, by utilizing co-reactants chosen from oxygen, ammonia, and nitrous oxide gas. The carbon-enriched SiOCN films thus formed may be converted to pure silicon dioxide films after an etch stop protocol by treatment with O2 plasma.

摘要: Provided are stainless steel for a separator of a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell, which exhibits enhanced hydrophilicity and enhanced corrosion resistance, and a method of manufacturing the same. In the stainless steel for a separator of a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell, which exhibits enhanced hydrophilicity and enhanced corrosion resistance, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a ratio of Cr hydroxide/Cr oxide included in a passivation film of the stainless steel ranges from 0.7 to 1.6, and the passivation film has a contact angle (θ) of 70° or less. Thus, not only corrosion resistance may be enhanced by removing a non-conductive film formed on a surface of the stainless steel and forming a new conductive film thereon, but hydrophilicity may also be secured without additional surface treatment such as a separate coating or the like, and thus manufacturing costs may be reduced and productivity may be increased.
