A terminal component disclosed herein includes a first member formed of a metal and a plate-like second member formed of a metal, and a metal joining portion joined by metal joining is formed in a boundary surface where the first member and the second member are stacked. On a surface of the second member in an opposite side to the boundary surface, a raised portion raised from the surface is formed in a peripheral portion close to the metal joining portion.

The bus bar has the plurality of terminal connections connected to the output terminals of each power storage device, and a linking part connecting the plurality of terminal connections. Each terminal connection part has a first part connected to each output terminal and a second part continuous from the first part and extending along a second surface spreading in a direction intersecting the first surface of the housing. Each linking part has a third part that connects the second parts of the adjacent terminal connections to each other.

A battery module includes secondary batteries having outer surfaces of the first terminal of one secondary battery and the second terminal of another secondary battery welded to each other.

摘要: A battery module having a battery cell assembly that is free from module banding is provided. The assembly includes an expandable battery cell having a first and second face. The assembly further includes a growth plate having a first and second face. The first face of the battery cell contacts the second face of the growth plate. The battery cell assembly further includes a first cell frame securing the growth plate on at least two sides and a second cell frame that contacts the second face of the battery cell. The first face of the growth plate includes a plurality of spacing features disposed along the first face of the growth plate that offset the first face of the growth plate from the first cell frame, which creates a cavity between the growth plate and the first cell frame. The cavity decreases when the battery cell expands.

摘要: Provided is a technique that enhances a reliability of a connecting part with a terminal and another conductive member. According to the herein disclosed technique, a battery comprises a terminal which comprises a first conductive member and with a second conductive member electrically connected to the first conductive member, and a third conductive member connected to the terminal. The second conductive member includes a crimp part at one of end parts, and a positioning part at an outer surface of the other one of end parts. The crimp part is crimped to the third conductive member. The first conductive member has a through-hole. When viewed along a central axis direction of the through-hole, the positioning part is provided to overlap with the through-hole.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a coupling device for coupling two or more tab electric terminals of distinct battery cells. A pair of U-shaped jaws retains the terminals therebetween with the electrical contact surfaces facing each other. A clamping element is configured to clamp the jaws towards each other in the first direction. During the clamping, an inclined wedge surface converts the pressure in the first direction to a pressure on the terminals in a second direction, so as to establish a reliable electrical contact between the terminals, direct or with the interposition of a spacing block. Wedge surfaces can be provided laterally, for example in the arms of the jaws, or between distinct bodies forming a spacing block between the terminals.
