摘要: A wastewater treatment method in which magnetic flocs are formed by adding to wastewater an inorganic flocculant, magnetic particles, and a high molecular polymer as a polymeric flocculant, and the magnetic flocs are collected with magnetic force to thereby obtain treated water having the magnetic flocs removed from the wastewater, wherein the improvement comprises thatthe magnetic particles are added to the wastewater after adding the inorganic flocculant to the wastewater to flocculate suspended solids in the wastewater, after that or substantially at the same time as the magnetic particles are added, the high molecular polymer is added to the wastewater, and flocculates of the suspended solids and the magnetic particles are combined with each other with the high molecular polymer to thereby obtain the magnetic flocs.

摘要: To provide a can manufacturing pump impeller in which a stress of a base portion of a blade is prevented from increasing while improving the strength of a joint portion of a hub and a boss. In order to reinforce a joint portion of a hub and a boss, a plate is jointed to the inside of an impeller. In order not to overlap a base portion of a blade and the plate with each other on the hub, an opening portion is provided in the plate around the base portion of the blade on the hub. As a shape of the opening portion, a semicircular shape, a semielliptical shape, a rectangular shape, or a trapezoidal shape can be selected. Further, as a plate shape, a flat plate structure, a shell structure, or a curved structure can be selected.

摘要: A substrate laminating apparatus which sticks substrates together in vacuum with high accuracy. The apparatus includes a first chamber into which two substrates are carried; a second chamber in which substrates are stuck together; and a third chamber which delivers a substrate laminate. The pressure level in the first chamber and the third chamber is varied from atmospheric to medium vacuum under control and that in the second chamber is varied from medium vacuum to high vacuum under control. In the second chamber, electrostatic adsorption means which can move up and down picks up an upper substrate and holds it on an upper table.

摘要: An aspect of the present invention provides a wastewater treatment method for treating wastewater containing ammonium nitrogen, including the steps of: oxidizing the ammonium nitrogen in the wastewater to nitrite with nitrifying bacteria in a treatment tank in which the nitrifying bacteria and anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria having a half-saturation constant of 6.1 mgN/L or more with respect to nitrite coexist; and denitrifying the nitrite formed through the oxidation of the ammonium nitrogen, with the anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria in the treatment tank, while using the ammonium nitrogen contained in the wastewater as a hydrogen donor. The method employs the anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria that can maintain the denitrification activity even under a condition in which the amount of dissolved oxygen is large, consequently can easily maintain the activities of both of the nitrifying bacteria and the anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria which coexist in the same treatment tank, and can rapidly perform wastewater treatment.
