摘要： A hybrid silicone composite for high temperature insulation applications is disclosed. The hybrid silicone composite is formed of a mixture of liquid high consistency silicone rubber and solid high consistency silicone rubber and a thermally decomposable inorganic filler which are compounded together. The compounded material is then injection molded, over molded, compression molded, cast, laminated, extruded, calendered, adhered or dispensed. When the silicone composite is exposed to a high temperature, it forms an inorganic composite and maintains its insulating properties and dimensional stability.

摘要： An arrangement includes an electric cable having a first electric conductor and a contact device having a crimp barrel and a contact element mechanically and electrically connected to the crimp barrel. The crimp barrel extends along an axis and has a first inner circumferential side and a first outer circumferential side. A first impress and a second impress are stamped into a first sub-portion of the crimp barrel, the second impress is offset circumferentially from the first impress with respect to the axis. The first inner circumferential side is shaped by the first impress and the second impress in such a manner that the first inner circumferential side is pressed against a second outer circumferential side of the first electric conductor and electrically contacts the second outer circumferential side, with the first inner circumferential side fitting against the second outer circumferential side.

摘要： A high-current contact device includes a contact element and a cooling device. The cooling device has a coolant container thermally connected to the contact element, an absorber container arranged at a distance from the coolant container and the contact element, a fluid line extending between the coolant container and the absorber container, and a valve arranged in the fluid line. The coolant container has a coolant and the absorber container has an absorber material. The coolant container is fluidly connected to the absorber container in a valve open position and is fluidly separated from the absorber container in a valve closed position. The coolant changes to a gaseous phase in the coolant container to cool the contact element. The fluid line conveys the coolant in the gaseous phase from the coolant container to the absorber container, and the absorber material absorbs the coolant in the gaseous phase.

摘要： A module connector includes a first connection part and a second connection part that can be electrically conductively connected with the first connection part. The first connection part has a first attachment element and the second connection part has a second attachment element; the first attachment element can be inserted into the second attachment element. Each of the first connection part and the second connection part has a contact protection at a side facing the other connection part. The contact protection has an outer electrically insulating collar and an electrically insulating protection pin surrounded by the outer electrically insulating collar. At least one of the first connection part and the second connection part has a current bridge between the outer electrically insulating collar and the electrically insulating protection pin. The outer electrically insulating collar and the electrically insulating protection pin extend beyond the current bridge.

摘要： A shielding spring contact for an electrical plug-in connector for an electrical plug-in connector system includes a sleeve-shaped main body having a cylindrical base portion, a conical shielding portion, and a plurality of passage openings by which the shielding spring contact is arranged on a cable of the electrical plug-in connector. The shielding spring contact is connectable to a braid of the cable via the cylindrical base portion by a crimp connection.
