摘要: An in-plane sliding parallel capacitive radio frequency (RF) switch includes a substrate, first to third drive components, an insulating layer, and a sliding component. Where a drive voltage is applied between the first and second drive components, the sliding component slides to the top of the first and second drive components; in this case, relatively large capacitance is formed between the first and second drive components and the sliding component, a RF signal is almost completely reflected, and the transmission is cut off. Where the drive voltage is applied between the second and third drive components, the sliding component slides to the top of the second and third drive components; in this case, no facing area between a first drive electrode and the sliding component exists in a vertical direction, the capacitance is rather small, and the RF signal may be transmitted basically without loss.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for determining a content of lost gas in a shale gas content test. The method includes: acquiring a shale core and recording the time required for acquiring the shale core; carrying out a desorption experiment on the shale core to obtain desorption data; acquiring a fitting objective function; fitting the desorption data by using the fitting objective function to obtain fitted desorption data; determining fitting parameters according to the desorption data and the fitted desorption data; correcting the time required for acquiring the shale core according to the fitting parameters; and obtaining the content of lost gas according to the fitting parameters and the corrected time required for acquiring the shale core. The present invention can improve the determining precision of the content of the lost gas.

摘要: The random access memory includes: two identical memory cell arrays, a data write circuit and a data read circuit. Array structures of the two identical memory cell arrays are the same, and same original stored information is stored in memory cells with a same address in the two identical memory cell arrays. The data write circuit is configured to write same data into the memory cells with the same address in the two identical memory cell arrays. The data read circuit is configured to select two pieces of stored information from the memory cells with the same address in the two identical memory cell arrays, and to output “0” if the two pieces of stored information are different or output one of the two pieces of stored information if the two pieces of stored information are the same.

Several operating openings are provided on side walls of the cabin body, each of the operating openings is in seal connection with an operating glove, and a glove opening of at least one operating glove faces an interior of the cabin body. Equipment wires required by an interventional operation are preset through the lead wire access device, and wires added midway under a sealing condition is guaranteed through the wire in/out device.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of heat pumps, in particular to an air source CO2 heat pump system for preventing an evaporator from frosting by using heat of a heat regenerator. The air source CO2 heat pump system mainly includes an air source heat pump system, a regenerative heat exchange tank and a cooling pump. Through the regenerative heat exchange tank, on the one hand, the temperature drop of regenerative heat of the system is further increased and throttling loss is reduced; on the other hand, the heat generated by the regenerative temperature drop is configured for heat storage used for defrosting, and configured for overheating temperature rise.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a cell structure, a random access memory and operation methods. The cell structure with four transistors, including a first N-type transistor, a first P-type transistor, a second N-type transistor and a second P-type transistor, in which an absolute value of a threshold voltage of the first N-type transistor is greater than an absolute value of a threshold voltage of the second N-type transistor, and an absolute value of a threshold voltage of the first P-type transistor is greater than an absolute value of a threshold voltage of the second P-type transistor. The random access memory, including: two identical memory cell arrays including the cell structure with four transistors, a data write circuit and a data read circuit, by using Two Modular Redundancy harden method, and thus reading correctly and avoiding the mistake reversal caused by the single event upset effect.
