摘要: A backing plate assembly with jack screw for bare die device heat sink applications to ensure uniform loading. The jack screw is used to force a PCB support plate and mounting plate apart, and by doing so, compresses a plurality of springs and applies uniform pressure to the heat sink, which in turn applies pressure to the bare die of the BGA device. The single jack screw is essential to the design, as it creates a single point to apply torque and compress all the springs at the same time. A lock screw is meant to maintain the position of the PCB support plate and the mounting plate. Prior to assembly, the lock screw keeps the PCB support plate and mounting plate together to ease installation.

According to one embodiment, a method includes a step of manufacturing a wheel that includes a rim, a center disk, and a plurality of spokes. The rim may include a substantially-cylindrical barrel adapted to seal a tubeless tire. The center disk may include a central bore adapted for engagement with an axle of a vehicle. Also, the plurality of spokes may be adapted to connect the center disk to the rim. The method further includes the step of deforming outwardly-facing surfaces of the spokes using one or more hammering or punching instruments.

The battery control assembly includes a plurality of cell-level control units, each including a cell-level switching unit being operable as a cell-level inverter. The plurality of cell-level control units are arranged in three control unit strings and the cell-level control units of each control unit string are electrically connected in series. First ends of each control unit string are electrically connected to a corresponding AC charging terminal. 摘要: A sprung frame assembly that can accommodate varying tolerance device heights while still exerting sufficient pressure/force required to a heatsink to contact and cool a bare die device, or other device of the like. Adapted for space constrained modules where placement of mounting holes is limited, and module density is high. Sprung frames are secured to mounting points at available locations on support structures as to eliminate any mounting holes in the PCB. The required force/pressure can be evenly achieved by methodically tightening a plurality of screws with springs at the corners of the sprung frames in sequence, pressure is applied evenly without damaging the device, while also taking up any tolerances in the device height.
