    Abstract: The present invention relates to a bottle label removing and cleaning integrated system, including a support platform, and further including a label removing and cleaning machine, a bouncing separation screen, a cleaning liquid separator, and a cleaning liquid buffer tank that are sequentially connected, where the label removing and cleaning machine is mounted on the support platform, the bouncing separation screen is configured to separate cleaning water, labels, and impurities from main materials, and the cleaning liquid buffer tank is configured to accommodate cleaning liquid purified by the cleaning liquid separator.

    Abstract: In vertical concentrating washing machines, processed raw material is transported upward but ends up containing shower water. That is, the moisture content ends up increasing during the transport process even though the material has been dewatered. A transport blade (8) has a plate-like shape in plan view and includes a fan-shaped portion (10) that extends rearward in the rotational direction, developing into a fan shape, and the transport blade is attached such that a plate surface thereof has a slanted orientation with respect to the axis direction of a rotary shaft (6), with a forward side, in the rotational direction, of the plate surface being disposed lower than a rearward side thereof. A plurality of the transport blades (8) is attached so as to delineate a helix along the circumferential direction of the rotary shaft (6) while leaving a communicating portion that is straight in the vertical direction. Shower water falls from gaps (S) between the transport blade (8). The transport blades (8) have a fan shape that widens toward the inner wall side of the rotary drum (5). A surface area on which the material rests stably and a sufficient gap (S) are secured in a well-balanced fashion.

    Abstract: A mechanical backstop is provided which comprises a housing, an input impact gear, a frictional plate, a floating impact gear, and an output impact gear. The floating impact gear is movably mounted between the input impact gear and the output impact gear to achieve transmission. The frictional plate is fixed relative to the housing and disposed at a side of the floating impact gear close to the input impact gear. When the input impact gear transmits a torque to the floating impact gear, the floating impact gear floats toward the output impact gear to separate from the frictional plate and transmit the torque to the output impact gear. When the floating impact gear transmits a torque reversely, the floating impact gear floats toward the input impact gear to abut against the frictional plate and achieve reverse locking.

    Abstract: A biodegradable food-grade polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) paper substrate and a method for making the same are provided. The method includes: providing a paper substrate; preparing a first coating material by rendering PVA with a degree of alkalization of 90%-100% and a molecular weight of 100,000-300,000 into an aqueous solution in which the PVA has a weight ratio of 3%-15%; preparing a second coating material by rendering sodium trimetaphosphate into an aqueous solution in which the sodium trimetaphosphate has a molar concentration of 0.05-1 Mol/l; forming a coating layer on a surface of the paper substrate; forming a surface cross-linked layer on the coating layer; and drying. The resulting PVA paper substrate is biodegradable, of food-grade quality, and resistant to water and grease, with a grease resistance higher than or equal to that corresponding to kit No. 6 in a TAPPI T559 pm-96 standard test.

    Abstract: An all-purpose gas stove structure capable of increasing its air intake includes an all-purpose opening-covering case, an extended supporting frame, and at least one gas nozzle. The all-purpose opening-covering case includes an opening-covering case body for covering the heat source-receiving opening of a roasting/grilling device completely, and a gas controller with a gas operation unit for controlling the state of communication between gas input and output ends. The extended supporting frame is a box with a protective lid, is coupled to the inner side of the opening-covering case body at one end, and has a stove burner opening at the opposite end. The lateral walls of the protective lid are formed with vent holes. The gas nozzle is provided on the inner side of the stove burner opening. The all-purpose gas stove structure allows a ceramic roasting/grilling device to have a higher air intake and therefore produce higher heat.
