Abstract:
In a separation method of a nitride semiconductor layer, a graphene layer in the form of a single layer or two or more layers is formed on a surface of a first substrate. A nitride semiconductor layer is formed on the graphene layer so that the nitride semiconductor layer is bonded to the graphene layer with a bonding force due to regularity of potential at atomic level at an interface therebetween without utilizing covalent bonding. The nitride semiconductor layer is separated from the first substrate with a force which is greater than the bonding force between the nitride semiconductor layer and the graphene layer, or greater than a bonding force between respective layers of the graphene layer.

Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a laminated core, comprising: (1) blanking a rotor core sheet 15 and a stator core sheet 14 from a thin strip material 27, the stator core sheet 14 positioned so as to have a common axis with the rotor core sheet 15, and including a ring-shaped yoke piece 18 and plural magnetic pole pieces 19 integrally connecting to a radially inside of the yoke piece 18, each of the magnetic pole pieces 19 including a magnetic pole shaft piece 20 and a magnetic pole tooth piece 21; and (2) laminating the stator core sheet 14 inside a die; wherein to form the magnetic pole pieces 19, firstly preparatory slots 29, smaller than finishing slots 30, are blanked, the adjacent finishing slots 30 forming each of the magnetic pole pieces 19; secondly a part or a whole of the magnetic pole shaft pieces 20 each are coined to elongate the same in a radially inward direction; and thereafter the finishing slots 30 are blanked and the magnetic pole tooth pieces 21 are shaped. This enables the elongation of the magnetic pole piece 19, improving caulking and dimensional accuracies of the laminated core when both of the core sheets 14, 15 are produced from one thin strip material 27.
Abstract:
This invention intends to provide a vehicle-mounted driving recorder that can facilitate an after-the-fact analysis on not only situation data at a time of an accident but also situation data at a time of a hiyari-hatto and that can contribute accident prevention. The vehicle-mounted driving recorder comprises a data receiving section that receives situation data indicating behavior, a surrounding situation, and an operating situation of a vehicle and a data administration section that classifies the situation data into one of predetermined multiple categories based on contents of the received situation data and stores the classified situation data in a situation data storage section specified in a predetermined area of a memory.

Abstract:
Object of this invention is to provide a servo writer capable of automatically controlling record current amount supplied to a writing head for every kind of magnetic tape when writing a servo signal on many kinds of magnetic tapes. The servo writer for writing a servo signal on magnetic tape MT which is fed out from a feeding reel and taken-up by a take-up reel includes writing head H1 that writes a servo signal on the magnetic tape MT, inspection head H2 for reading the servo signal formed on the downstream side and written on the magnetic tape MT, servo signal inspection part 16 that inspects the servo signal read by the inspection head H2, and current amount control part 17 that controls the amount of record current supplied to the writing head H1 based on the inspection result in the servo signal inspection part 16.
Abstract:
A method for reading tag data is provided, involving reading a compressed data file that includes compressed data and tag data of a fixed length appended to the compressed data at a predetermined position, and performing a predetermined process based on the type of the compressed data. The reading process of the compressed data file includes first searching for the starting position of the tag data of the compressed data file and retrieving the tag data, followed by searching for the starting position of the compressed data.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a magnetic tape transport system which has multiple magnetic heads arranged parallel to each other that a magnetic tape slides in contact with, and which has a structure to prevent a decrease in contact pressure between the magnetic tape and the magnetic heads. The magnetic tape transport system includes a supply reel for feeding the magnetic tape, a take-up reel for winding the magnetic tape fed from the supply reel, a plurality of magnetic heads being arranged parallel to each other, a partition plate for dividing a space between the magnetic heads into an air space and a close-tape space, a negative pressure generation means for setting a pressure in the air space to be lower than that in the close-tape space, and a communicating path for allowing the air space and the close-tape space to communicate with each other.
