摘要： Provided is a platelet-rich plasma separator which can carry out the separation of a platelet-rich plasma with a small number of gamma radiation sterilized instruments and a platelet-rich plasma separation method. The platelet-rich plasma separator comprises a first syringe and a second syringe. The first syringe comprises a first syringe cylinder provided with a first port on which a blood collection needle can be mounted, a first cap detachable from the first port, a first gasket for sealing the first syringe cylinder fluid-tightly, which first gasket is reciprocated within the first syringe cylinder, and a first plunger provided detachably on the first gasket. The second syringe comprises a first hollow needle, which can be passed through the first gasket, a second syringe cylinder having a second port on which the first hollow needle can be mounted, a second cap detachable from the second port, a second gasket for sealing the second syringe cylinder liquid-tightly, which second gasket is reciprocated within the second syringe cylinder, and a second plunger provided detachable on the second gasket.

摘要： Under a state where the zipper 22 of a culture bag is opened, an operator depresses the opening button 43 of an arm 40 with one finger. Consequently, a force for oscillating the arm 40 to separate a retaining portion 49 upward from the culture surface 32 around a pin 42 acts against the urging force of a leaf spring 50. Consequently, the tip 52a of an extended portion 52 ascends to a predetermined position while resisting against the urging force of the leaf spring 50. Since the lower surface 20a of the culture bag 20 is retained by a base 31 and the upper surface 20b is raised upward by the tip 52a of an extended portion 52, opening 24 of the culture bag 20 is widened. Since the width of the base 31 is larger than that of the arm 40, upper space of the culture surface 32 is not occupied by the arm 40 and a sufficiently wide work space is provided in the culture bag 20.

摘要： A package for a cryopreservation container including at least an adhesive fluoropolymer film. The package for a cryopreservation container makes it possible to store blood, rare cells and vital tissues in a very low temperature environment without any damage to the container. Further, the sealing strength resulting from heat sealing after placing a cryopreservation container in the packages is very good. Therefore, liquid nitrogen can be inhibited from entering the inside and thus contamination with bacteria, viruses or the like contained in liquid nitrogen can be avoided and the package can be prevented from being broken by expansion of intruder liquid nitrogen on the occasion of thawing. Also disclosed is a method for packaging a cryopreservation container and a method of producing a package for a cryopreservation container.

The freezer bag is made from a three-layer film where both sides of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film are welded respectively with a thermoplastic resin film having a lower melting point than that of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and having compatibility with the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.

摘要： A package for a cryopreservation container including at least an adhesive fluoropolymer film.
