Abstract:
A tubular liner for the lining of pipelines has an inner tubular film, a layer of fibrous material arranged on the inner tubular film, and an outer tubular film which is arranged on the outer side of the fibrous material and is impermeable to UV light. The tubular liner is distinguished in that the outer tubular film has a radially inward peripheral portion and a second peripheral portion bearing on the outer side of the first peripheral portion in an overlapping region. The peripheral portions are connected to one another by an adhesive tape which extends across the longitudinal direction of the tubular liner. A method is also provided for manufacturing such a tubular liner.
Abstract:
A lining tube of resin-impregnated curable fiber material, which after being pulled in and made to expand within a conduit, is cured from the inside by irradiating with electromagnetic radiation and/or heat. A device for checking the curing through of the fiber material contains a first and second electrical conductor, which extend parallel to one another over a length of the lining tube and arranged between which is a portion in strip form of a reaction resin that has a higher electrical conductivity in the liquid state than in the cured state of the same. A method checks the curing through of the lining tube for the final check on the complete curing through of the reaction resin, the electrical resistance is recorded at two adjacent ends of the first and second electrical conductors and after that the recorded resistance value is compared with a predetermined resistance setpoint value.
Abstract:
A tubular liner for rehabilitating sewers has a reinforcing layer being expandable in the circumferential direction and formed of fiber rovings and impregnated with a curable reactive resin. The tubular liner has an outer tubular film which encloses the reinforcing layer and is formed of a material that can be expanded radially. A longitudinal pull strap is provided and absorbs the tensile forces acting on the tubular liner when the tubular liner is inserted into the sewer. The tubular film has a laminated nonwoven layer on the side facing the reinforcing layer. The longitudinal pull strap is located between the nonwoven layer and the reinforcing layer and is in immediate contact with the outer side of the reinforcing layer and the nonwoven layer. The longitudinal pull strap has a width of less than 50% of a length of the outer circumference of the reinforcing layer.

Abstract:
A method for producing a liner hose (2) for lining pipelines, comprising the method steps of moving a circumferentially closed inner film hose (4) over a winding mandrel (6) of a winding apparatus (8) and wrapping the inner film hose (4), which is guided on the winding mandrel (6) by means of a guide mechanism (18), with a fibrous strip (12) which has been impregnated with curable reaction resin, is characterized in that the inner film hose (4) is guided via endless pulling means (14) that circulate without a drive, and in that the inner film hose (4) that has been wrapped with the fibrous strip (12) is moved off of the winding mandrel (6) solely by a pull-off mechanism (16) which acts from the outside on the fibrous strip (12). The invention further relates to a device for carrying out the method.
