Abstract:
A beverage sleeve is configured to provide insulation for a user of a beverage container holding warm or cold beverages. The beverage sleeve encircles a beverage container and provides insulation against heat transferred through the surface of the container. In some embodiments, the sleeve is coated with a layer of thermochromatic ink. When heat is absorbed through the surface of a beverage container, it causes the thermochromatic ink to change its light response, thus causing an advertisement to be displayed on the surface of the sleeve. The designs for these advertisements can be received from a vendor of the product or service advertised. The sleeves are then shipped to venues in which beverages are sold for use with said beverages.
Abstract:
A cup holder comprising a body having a top opening and a bottom opening adapted to substantially encircle an outer surface of a cup, the body having an inner surface and an outer surface, and a plurality of folding features capable of folding portions of the body at the folding features, wherein the folded features create primary air passageways between the inner surface of the body and the outer surface of the cup when the cup holder is coupled to the cup. The air passageways reduce heat transfer from the cup to the outer surface of the body. In one embodiment, at least one folding feature is a line scored into the body. In another embodiment, the material thickness at the folding feature is less than the material thickness of the body. Preferably, a plurality of polygonal indentations are configured in the body.

Hot melt adhesive that is applied at or below 300° F. and that can withstand temperatures when bonded and stressed that are within 100° F. of their application temperature.
Abstract:
Hot melt adhesives that are low in viscosity and high in melting point, with a long open time, comprise a base polymer, a tackifier, a saturated fatty acid as the main or sole wax component are described.
Abstract:
A cup holder comprising: a body having a top and bottom edge, the body including a first end and a second opposing end, wherein the first end and second end are adapted to be coupled to one another. In one embodiment, the cup holder includes a lip along the top edge of the body and extending between the first end and the second end, the lip positioned a distance from the outer surface of the cup. In one embodiment, the cup holder includes having a plurality of cone-shaped concave grooves in an inner surface of the body, extending between the lip and the bottom edge and defining corresponding air passageways with the outer surface of the cup, wherein the air passageways are in communication with the lip. In one embodiment, the cup holder includes perforated lines in the body which allow removal of a portion of the body from the cup holder.
Abstract:
A transmitter identification code is designed such that the code varies as the code is assigned. In one embodiment the code will include information with regard to the date and time that the code is initially determined. In a second embodiment the code is provided by incrementing a counter, and then modifying that counter information such that the final code is non-sequential.
