摘要: A disc brake lining is assembled depending on the rotation direction and includes a backing plate to carry a friction material, having diametrically opposed sides configured to be free from friction material. The backing plate is formed asymmetrically with respect to a central axis, and has a bearing on the inlet side relative to a preferred direction of rotation and provided radially inwardly in relation to a central wheel rotational axis, radially offset below a brake piston axis, as a holder with a hole for receiving a retaining pin, defining a fixedly positioned friction lining fixed bearing. A guide is on an allocated outlet-side bearing of the backing plate, radially outwardly in relation to the central wheel rotational axis, radially offset above a brake piston axis. The guide is an open-edged mouth opening with a receiving pocket receiving a guide pin, and defines a fixedly allocated friction lining floating bearing.

摘要: A method for determining an operating variable of a drum brake comprises actuating the brake in at least one of: a first wheel speed range and a second wheel speed range. The operating variable is calculated based on bearing force of a leading brake shoe and the further bearing force of a trailing brake shoe when in the first wheel speed range. The operating variable is calculated when in the second wheel speed range based on a current actuator position and an actuator contact position, in which brake shoes of the drum brake come into engagement with a drum of the drum brake.

摘要: A braking system including four hydraulically actuatable wheel brakes. A normally closed outlet valve is assigned to each wheel brake and a normally open inlet valve is assigned to each wheel brake. Two pressure supply devices are provided for active pressure build-up in the wheel brakes. A first and a second brake circuit are hydraulically configured with two wheel brakes respectively, wherein in each brake circuit a respective pressure supply device is hydraulically connected to two wheel brakes. A first and a second control and regulating unit are provided, wherein the first control and regulating unit electrically controls the pressure supply device of the first brake circuit, and wherein the second control and regulating unit hydraulically controls the pressure supply device of the second brake circuit, and the two control and regulating units are connected together via a data interface.

摘要: An electromechanical-hydraulic piston actuator providing pressurized pressure medium for a brake system of a vehicle, including an electric motor having a stator and a rotor, a rotation-translation mechanism driven by the electric motor and which has a rotatable threaded nut and a threaded spindle prevented from rotating and displaceable in its axial direction, a piston coupled with the threaded spindle in the axial direction thereof, a hydraulic cylinder having a hydraulic chamber filled with pressure medium into which the piston is displaceable from a rear piston position towards a forward piston position to pressurize the pressure medium and/or expel it from the chamber. A hydraulic connection is connected to the chamber via which pressure medium can be expelled from the chamber. An isolation device is provided for the piston-travel-controlled isolation of the rotational coupling between the rotor of the electric motor and the threaded nut.
