摘要: The present description relates to an insulation cover of a resolver and a method for winding a coil of the insulation cover, which has a slack part formed on a coil by: a slit part formed on a body part so as to correspond to a terminal pin when winding the coil on the terminal pin of a terminal part formed at one side of the insulation cover; and a winding guide part protrudingly formed on a winder so as to correspond to the slit part such that the coil is inserted into or withdrawn from the slit part, relieves the tension, applied to the coil, by the slack part so as to minimize a break in the coil according to the thermal deformation or the deterioration of the coil, has a compact structure, is easily manufactured and reduces manufacturing costs.

摘要: The embodiments relate to a stator used in resolvers, in which multiple slots are formed at constant intervals in the circumferential direction and have an excitation coil, a first output coil, and a second output coil are respectively wound around the multiple slots. The excitation coil is wound by a number of windings that is changed on the basis of a sinusoidal wave in accordance with the order of the multiple slots in the circumferential direction. After the first output coil is wound by a number of windings resulting from the division of the total number of windings by a constant ratio, the second output coil is wound, and then the rest of the first output coil is wound.

摘要: The present invention relates to a resolver having a stator for detecting the rotational position of a rotor rotating at the inner center thereof. The stator includes: a stator core having a cylindrical shape; a plurality of excitation windings attached to the inner surface of the stator core at a predetermined distance in the circumferential direction, each of the plurality of excitation windings being tightly wound; a plurality of sine output windings stacked and attached to the patterns of the excitation windings in the circumferential direction, each of the plurality of sine output windings being loosely wound; and a plurality of cosine output windings stacked and attached to the patterns of the excitation windings in the circumferential direction, the sine output windings and the cosine output windings being alternately attached such that the sine output windings and the cosine output windings have the same winding distribution.

摘要: The present invention provides a vehicle sound generator apparatus comprising a vehicle state sensing unit, a storage unit comprising a sound source storage unit and a reference data storage unit, a sound source playback unit, a sound source amplification unit, a sound output unit, and a control unit. The vehicle state sensing unit senses a vehicle speed, and the control unit calculates a corresponding shifting factor from the velocity shifting profile to correspond to the vehicle speed, and controls and outputs the sound pressure or the pitch of the operating sound. The present invention generate and control a virtual operating sound, which reflects a change in vehicle speed and time to generate a virtual sound that imitates a real internal combustion engine sound while increasing recognizability of a pedestrian so that the vehicle operating sound can be transferred to the driver and pedestrian to further secure safety of the pedestrian.
