摘要： An integrated tool and automatic calibration systems that enable wet chemical processing chambers, lift-rotate units and other hardware to be quickly interchanged without having to recalibrate the transport system or other components to the replacement items. These tools are expected to reduce the down time associated with repairing or maintaining processing chambers and/or lift-rotate units so that the tools can maintain a high throughput. Several aspects of these tools are particularly useful for applications that have stringent performance requirements because components are more likely to require maintenance more frequently, and reducing the down time associated with maintaining such components will significantly enhance the integrated tool.

A service processor accesses the data, determines therefrom the topographical interconnections forming the network, assigns addresses/identifications to the system elements, and configures the router devices to establish the most direct routes between system elements for message packets sent on the network.

摘要： A shipping drum containing liquid poloxalene is supported in tilted orientation on a platform scale, and a spigot at the lower end of the drum is operable to cause the poloxalene to flow through piping means and into a pressure vessel. The platform scale provides indication of the amounts of poloxalane received by the vessel. Subsequently, the vessel is sealed and pressurized to approximately 50-60 psi whereupon a valve is opened so that the poloxalene is directed out of the vessel and into a conduit means. A plurality of discharge orifices disposed in the conduit means overlie a dry feed mixer, and the mixer is operable to constantly agitate a quantity of solid carrier such as a vitamin and mineral supplement or, alternatively, a grain such as cracked corn or milo. The mixer provides relative motion between all of the carrier granules and the discharge orifices so that the poloxalene is evenly distributed over substantially all surfaces of the granules.

A transfer device in one embodiment includes a base unit, an arm carried by the base unit and movable relative to the base unit, and an end-effector carried by the arm and rotatable relative to the arm. The end-effector includes two grippers, at least one being movable toward and away from the other between a grip position and a release position. A transmission is coupled between a motor and the movable gripper to receive an input force from the motor and apply an output force to the gripper that increases as the gripper moves to the grip position.

摘要： A single use, tamper resistant lock that can be applied without tools. The lock has a lock body and flexible cable having a first end coupled to the lock body. Another portion of the cable is selectively engagable with and secured to the lock body to secure an item to be locked. This portion of the cable is secured to the lock body with a frangible locking member. The frangible locking member has a flared end coupled to a threaded body at a frangible neck. The flared head of the frangible locking member can be sufficiently engaged and manipulated by hand to thread the threaded body into the lock body and secure the cable to the lock body without the need for tools. As the cable is secured, the flared head separates from the threaded body at the frangible neck due to the hand-applied torque.
