摘要: In order to achieve improved single-phase operation of an inverter having a first input pole and a second input pole and including at least three phase branches, each having at least one upper power switch and at least one lower power switch connected in series to the at least one upper power switch via an output pole, a switching unit is provided. The switching unit is designed to switch the inverter from multi-phase operation to single-phase operation by closing a center point connection switch in order to connect the third output pole to the DC link center point. The switching unit is further designed, in single-phase operation, to effect a control of the upper and lower power switch of the third phase branch for symmetrizing the DC link voltages at the first and second DC link capacitors.

摘要: A switching arrangement of an inverter with a filter circuit and a grid relay. For the filter circuit use is made of an equivalent circuit consisting of effective filter inductance, from filter inductance and topology of the filter circuit and effective filter capacitance, from the filter capacitance and topology of the filter circuit. The effective filter inductance and the effective filter capacitance are system parameters. To determine system parameters, a voltage pulse is applied between a first conductor output and a second conductor output when the grid relay is open; the first conductor output and the second conductor output are connected via the switching arrangement to form a closed oscillating circuit a current value of the effective filter inductance and the effective filter capacitance is determined from a current curve and/or voltage curve in the resonant circuit as system parameters for controlling the switching arrangement.

摘要: A method which is improved relative to the prior art for controlling electrical network variables in a feed network, in which the correlation between at least one feed variable measured at an input of the feed network and at least one network variable measured at an output of the feed network is described in a model-like manner using a model of the feed network. In the event of an incorrect description of the correlation, an adaptation of the model of the feed network is carried out, a feed variable target value for the at least one feed variable is determined from a predefined network variable target value for the at least one network variable using the model of the feed network, and the at least one feed variable is set to the determined feed variable target value by a current converter.

摘要: A method for improving an operational behavior of an inverter (1), said method comprising the steps of calculating (S1) a capacitance, C, of an AC capacitor of said inverter (1) for each electrical power supply phase (L) of the inverter (1) on the basis of a measured voltage signal and a measured current signal for the respective electrical power supply phase (L) during a startup of said inverter (1) when the inverter (1) is separated by a grid relay (8) from a public or stand-alone power supply grid (9) or backup system; and compensating (S10) automatically an observed change of the capacitance, C, of the AC capacitor over time by adjusting the AC current generated by the inverter (1) for the respective electrical power supply phase (L) to optimize a reactive current injection.

摘要: In order to be able to perform a shutdown test on an inverter with little expenditure, a trigger signal is modulated to the AC current or the AC voltage at a first moment, and the inverter is used at a second moment, which occurs a defined duration after the start of the trigger signal at the first moment, to generate an AC current or an AC voltage with a fault signal that is detected by the inverter and which triggers a shutdown of the inverter, and the shutdown moment of the AC current or the AC voltage is determined. A shutdown duration of the inverter is determined from the difference between the shutdown moment and the second moment.

摘要: A multiple welding method using at least two consumable electrodes which enables stable welding processes at the electrodes and also less heat input into the parent material compared with the multiple pulse welding method. At each of the at least two electrodes a welding process includes a short-circuit welding phase and a hot-welding phase with higher heat input into the parent material relative to the short-circuit welding phase, the short-circuit welding phase and the hot-welding phase periodically alternating, and for the short-circuit welding phases of the welding processes of the at least two electrodes to be temporally synchronized on the basis of at least one defined first synchronization event per short-circuit welding phase.

摘要: To ensure safe operation of a welding apparatus, low-voltage pulses occurring on a low-voltage side of the welding apparatus are transformed into high-voltage pulses occurring on a high-voltage side of the welding apparatus, an arc is ignited between an electrode and a workpiece during an ignition mode and/or idling mode using the high-voltage pulses, provision is made, in the ignition mode and/or in the idling mode, for a time window that extends from a starting time point to an end time point, an amount of ignition energy at the electrode is determined during the time window and compared with an energy limit value, and an action is triggered in the event of the energy limit value being exceeded, in order to prevent further high-voltage pulses in the time window.

摘要: An electrode clamping device is provided for mechanically clamping a non-fusible, rod-shaped welding electrode in a welding torch. The electrode clamping device has a collet which is mounted into the welding torch from the rear into a collet housing of the electrode clamping device, which surrounds the collet. The collet is arranged so as to be movable along the longitudinal axis of the rod-shaped welding electrode relative to the collet housing, which surrounds it, in order to mechanically fixedly clamp and release the rod-shaped welding electrode.
