    摘要: A gluing mechanism comprising a platform, a plurality of turn tables set on the platform for workpieces, a motor for driving the turn tables and a gluing device firmly set up on the platform. The gluing device comprises a forward assembly, an elevator, a panning assembly and a plurality of glue applicators. The forward assembly is set on the platform and moves along a shorter side of the platform. The elevator is set on the forward assembly and moves relative to the platform vertically. The panning assembly is set on the elevator and moves along a longer side of the platform. The glue applicators are installed on the panning assembly. The motor drives the turn tables simultaneously. The gluing mechanism of the present invention has benefits of simple structure, a high working efficiency and proceeds a precise rotary gluing process to workpieces. Therefore, an excellent gluing quality can be realized.

    摘要: A flexible printed circuit (FPC) connector assembling fixture is provided for assembling an FPC connector. The assembling fixture includes a base that is set horizontally. A lower slidable carriage is slidably coupled to the base. Upper and lower molds are respectively and rotatably coupled to an upper slidable carriage and the lower slidable carriage. A terminal fitting mechanism and a cover mounting mechanism are respectively mounted to the upper and lower molds. Guide posts are mounted to the base. The upper mold is slidably coupled to the base with the guide posts. The lower mold forms an accommodation chamber. The cover mounting mechanism includes a push rod and first and second slide channels. The second slide channel is in communication with the accommodation chamber and the first slide channel. The push rod is received in and slidably coupled to the second slide channel.

The pre-press mechanism can pre-press the metal shell of the material tape for being cut by the metal shell-cutting mechanism. The metal shell-inserting mechanism can push the metal shell held between the pre-press mechanism and the metal shell-cutting mechanism onto the plastic body-inserting mechanism, and the plastic body-inserting mechanism pushes the plastic body for assembling with the metal shell. Whereby the metal shell cutting and assembling machine can enhance the manufacture efficiency and reduce the labor cost.

    摘要: A connector cover assembling system includes an arrangement apparatus, which aligns covers and includes a transporting channel for transporting the covers to a frame that supports the covers and associated connector bodies. A cover driving member transports the covers one by one from the frame to a separating mechanism, which further transports the cover to a location above a clamping mechanism for being clamped by the clamping mechanism. A lifting mechanism drives an inserting mechanism and the clamping mechanism to the separating mechanism. The clamping mechanism clamps the covers from the separating mechanism. The inserting mechanism drives the clamping mechanism to transport and assemble the cover to the connector body. A holding mechanism holds the connector body during the assembling operation. The control unit coordinates operations of the above-mentioned components. Therefore, manufacturing efficiency of electrical connector can be improved and manufacturing costs reduced.

The coplanarity-testing machine includes a working stage, an illuminant, an image picking-up processor, a frequency converter, a double-cross lines generator, a linear module and a display. The linear module includes a test vehicle, a linear drive mechanism and a regulating block. The linear drive mechanism can drive the test vehicle to linearly move to and fro on a bearing surface of the working stage. The regulating block is placed on a supporting surface of the test vehicle. By adjusting the double-cross lines generator, horizontal lines of the generator can coincide with a projecting line of the bottom surface of the regulating block, and vertical lines of the generator can measure the height of the regulating block. The coplanarity-testing machine can timely and exactly display the testing result, is easily operated, and has a high testing efficiency and a high exact degree of testing.

The elastic module includes a first rotator located on the sliding base, a second rotator located on the main base, a sliding bar passed through a compression spring and arranged between the first rotator and the second rotator. When the sub-housing slides on the main housing to achieve a critical level, the sliding force accumulated in the compression spring is maximized. Therefore the sub-housing is advanced by sliding force released from the compression spring.
