摘要: There is provided a method and a device capable of holding a sheet-like workpiece without wrinkles. The sheet-like workpiece holding method includes mounting the sheet-like workpiece such that almost no tensile force is applied thereon on a machining table, and pressing out wrinkles of the sheet-like workpiece by lowering a pressing member whose surface facing to the workpiece protrudes in the shape of a convex lens toward the workpiece so that the workpiece is pressed against the machining table. The method also includes retaining the sheet-like workpiece on the machining table using suction while continuously pressing the sheet-like workpiece with the pressing member and releasing the pressing force of the pressing member while retaining the sheet-like workpiece.

摘要: There is provided a method and a device capable of holding a sheet-like workpiece without wrinkles. 摘要: A laser machining apparatus is capable of improving workpiece machining precision. The laser machining apparatus has a movable table for supporting a workpiece to be machined, and a camera for detecting the position of the workpiece by reflection light from an alignment mark formed through the workpiece. The apparatus also includes a jig plate provided between the table and the workpiece, and has light-receiving holes that overlap with the alignment mark (through-hole) and that are larger than the alignment mark (through hole).

摘要: There is provided a laser machining apparatus that requires no machining program to be prepared in advance and that is capable of increasing a work efficiency and a product reliability even for a workpiece in which a spot to be machined cannot be specified in advance. The laser machining apparatus is provided with a machining program generating unit comprising a line camera and an image processing unit. The line camera scans a surface of the workpiece mounted on a Y table before machining. The machining program generating unit specifies a spot to be machined from the image data obtained by the line camera and makes up a machining program based on the specified spot to be machined. An NC unit controls the machining of the workpiece based on the machining program made up as described above.

摘要: In a method of manufacturing a hollow stabilizer, a pipe compressing step of compressing an electroseamed pipe in a temperature range of a hot state or a warm state so as to make a rate of a thickness with respect to an outer diameter between 18 and 35% is performed, and a forming step of forming the compressed electroseamed pipe in a stabilizer shape in a cold state is executed. Next, a step of applying a heat treatment to a half-finished stabilizer is performed, a shot peening step of impacting a shot on the half-finished stabilizer is performed, and a step of coating the half-finished stabilizer is performed.
