摘要: Disclosed are an undercover for vehicles with high elasticity and rigidity and a method of manufacturing the same. The undercover for vehicles with high elasticity and rigidity may include a needle-punched nonwoven fabric having a multi-layer structure of felt layers including a first PET fiber and a low-melting-point PET fiber, and each of the felt layers may have improved tensile strength and have optimized fiber alignment, to thereby improve the binding between fibers, mechanical rigidity and elasticity, as well as to reduce the weight of components, improve durability and secure harmlessness and inline workability.

摘要: Disclosed is a vehicular engine room manufacturing method wherein the engine room has excellent heat resistance and sound-absorbing characteristics, and scraps generated during the manufacturing process can be recycled. The vehicular engine room manufacturing method comprises the steps of: carding a thermoplastic fiber and a carbon fiber having a length of 10 to 150 mm and needle-punching the same, thereby forming a felt layer; applying heat and pressure to the felt layer, thereby forming a felt board; and applying heat to the felt board and shaping the same is formed in a desired shape.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a sound absorbing material for a vehicle, which may include: (a) preparing a mixed fiber including an amount of about 55 to 75 wt % of microfiber polyethylene terephthalate staple fiber having fineness of about 0.3 to 0.7 denier, an amount of about 20 to 40 wt % of low-melt polyethylene terephthalate staple fiber having a fineness of about 1 to 3 denier and a melting point of about 100 to 110° C., and an amount of about 1 to 20 wt % of hollow staple fiber having a fineness of about 13 to 17 denier and a diameter of about 38 to 43 μm, based on the total weight of the mixed fiber. The method may suitably further comprise (b) forming a plurality of webs comprising the mixed fiber; (c) forming a web layer comprising a plurality of webs; and (d) forming non-woven felt comprising the web layer.

A method for producing a thermoplastic material for interior or exterior of vehicle, comprising the steps of: forming a fiber sheet or web by randomly arranging fibers having a length of 50 mm or more, the fibers being selected from the group consisting of glass fibers, carbon fibers, basalt fibers, aramid fibers and mixtures thereof; applying polyethylene powders to one side or both sides of the fiber sheet or web; forming a fiber reinforced mat by heating and pressing the fiber sheet or web to which the polyethylene powders are applied; and laminating the fiber reinforced mat on one side or both sides of a polypropylene base.
